Lunch and a view

First of the space is really special and inviting. The wait staff is pleasant and well trained. The kitchen however is another matter. Lunch was underwhelming to day the least. I ordered everything the waiter suggested. Pear pizza (arrived without pears), flaming cheese appetizer, low grade cheese served with the center cool to the touch. Caviar was suggested with the... We had a delightful Sunday brunch here, complete with mimosas and a view. My spouse had the brioche French toast, which was moist and tasty. I had the eggs Benedict with lox and the hollandaise sauce was perfect. The portions, compared to most places, are smaller, but I'd rather not leave the restaurant feeling like a rolly - polly! They... More

My husband and I recently spent a very pleasurable Sunday afternoon at Los Senderos, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting or living in the area. We are currently living in Mexico City, and spent a lovely long weekend in SMA, and although we loved walking around and exploring the picturesque city, Los Senderos offers something a... More

A charming spot for lunch with a group. I had the salmon, which was outstanding, and the rest of the group seemed pleased with their choices. I liked the fact that the bread brought for us while we waited for the meal, was small and served with a dip. We did not fill up on bread. The servers were pleasant... More

My husband and I went to dinner at El Bistro just last week and the food was superb! For an appetizer I had the Beet Carpaccio which was delicious, and for my mail course I chose the Salmon, which was also delicious. The Salmon was perhaps the best Salmon I have had in Central Mexico, at the very least it... More

Disappointing!!! Walk around, visit the stables and enjoy the horses but be prepared when it comes to their food. Nothing special and expensive. Service was very attentive, though. PELUCH

Los Senderos showed great promise for us as we arrived for brunch, however, even though the restuarant was quite empty it took awhile for our party of 6 to be seated. We all asked for coffee as soon as the waiter arrived but waited a long time for it to arrive and had to ask twice for cream. As we... More

On March 9th, 2011 we had last visited Senderos for lunch. At the time we had a disastrously poor experience which I commented about on trip advisor. We stayed away hoping for some change and now, a year later, after a much announced management change with new chefs: two Swedes and one Bolivian, we thought we'd give it one more... More
