Majatek Howieny is a magical and quiet place situated in Pomigacze, a 10 minute drive from the city of Bialystok. Upon your arrival you will be fascinated with the picturesque view of a typical Polish village. Here you can spend a wonderful time with your family and friends. While taking a walk around the farm you will be surprised when you meet our friendly animals such as: monkeys, kangaroos, horses, ponies, donkeys, deer, lamas, alpacas, goats, Vietnamese pigs, dogs, cats, emus, ducks, swans, storks and hundreds of rabbits. It is a pleasure to have you among our guests! We specialize in organizing events like weddings, family parties, company fests, business meetings, school excursions and many more.

I really enjoyed the animals, all different kinds, specially the gentle camel and vicious skunk. Minus one star for the parrot in a very small cage, though. Poor thing.
But if you like urban decay and old folk things, you're going to have fun looking at all the stuff they have here laying around. Food was ok, big portions, which was nice. The waiter seemed very rushed, but it was Sunday, lots of people. So I'm not going to hold it against him.
I will definitely be back.

First thing that shocked me was that you have to pay for the entrance, even when you are the guest of the restaurant.
The area of the ranch is immense, but all cluttered with.. rubbish: old tvs, strange machines, wooden sculptures, set slovenly without any architectural vision. Too many ideas for one place. The animals, who are adapted to live in our climate seemed ok, but a view of monkeys closed in small cages in totally unnatural invironment for them was extremely depressing.
The owners, who might seem to be animal lovers, did not think about real animal lovers, so the restaurant do not serve barely any vegetarian and any vegan food. Only typical, "traditional" polish cuisine. The staff is poorly knowledgeable, food is quite expensive and (what my friends said) not tasty at all. And there is no chance to relax, as there is a live accordion 'band' playing terrible, common and loud music. Do not recomend to anyone, just a waste of spare time.

the owner along with football hooligans shouted hate words during a peaceful equality march in Bialystok. hooligans beaten, spits and offend people in a legal march.shame

A shameful behaviour of the owner. The one who is supposed to welcome everyone into her business parades through the streets of Bialystok backing up hatred and intolerance. The place should not exist where the owners disrespect many of their customers!

Had the pleasure of visiting this unusual but fascinating place. Stayed overnight, loved it. The place is quirky but great. The children loved seeing all the animals. The guest house type of accommodation was simple and basic but very clean. Food was natural and fresh. Overall a great experience.
