I've seen some incredible waterfalls around the world, but this one may have been the most beautiful of all. Moderately steep hike down to the water and you can go swimming as well (we went in March and it was freezing, but I imagine it's better in the summer).

You can park your car where the paved road ends and the dirt road starts. From there it's about 20 minutes walk to the bridge at the river. From there you can take the old Roman steps and will reach the Cascades after 10 minutes walk. It worked with a small kid.
