From the three must known waterfalls in Gerês (this one, arado and Tahiti) this was my favorite. It is a little bit more quiet if you go at early morning. You should be cautious getting there because of the slippery rocks

I went here on the strength of the other reviews on this site. It's certainly worth the journey. We came up from the Portuguese side and the drive up was incredible. Steep winding roads have beautiful views of the valleys below.
