1 review
A full-day tour with a small group (up to 7 guests) from Alba with a professional driver and luxury van.

Drive on the most panoramic wine routes within the area of production of Barolo wine with views over vineyards, medieval towers and quaint villages.

Visit a first off-the-beaten track winery where Barolo wine is aged and enjoy a wine tasting of four premium wines including different types of Barolo.

Some free time in one of the villages of the area wondering around wine shops or simply enjoying the quiet and cozy atmosphere.

The second winery we visit, it includes a light lunch (salami, a plate of cheese with honey and jam, warm focaccia) paired with their wines.

Later, drive East of Alba where the Langhe hills get shaped like natural amphitheaters, originating a unique micro climate and exposure which makes the cultivation of Nebbiolo grapes ideal for Barbaresco wine. A highly interesting shop, where you do not necessarily expect it: use of local ingredients, sale of various pasta, sauces, dishes. In addition to selling cheese, sausages, creams and wines from friendly manufacturers. Everything was local, very fresh, and mostly of excellent quality. The advice of the family is very good, it is a pleasure to shop here.

Joined a class here as a part of a larger tour. Fantastic experience! Learned a lot about local cuisine and tried out some new pasta techniques. It was so much fun learning these new skills from a local family. Looking forward to enjoying our new recipes at home

Our cooking class at Per Tutti Gusti was the highlight of our time in Alba. Patricia and her mother were so friendly and accommodating. We made several different pastas and also got a new recipe for bagna cauda,a local Piedmont dish, which has been a Christmas tradition for my wife's family forever. It was so much fun to actually make several different pastas and then have a chance to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Patricia had some excellent wine pairings and we had an opportunity to enjoy several wines from the coop her family belongs to. These were all DOCG certified and we liked all of them. It was a fantastic day and would highly recommend this to anyone!

We had booked this cooking class after one of my siblings had recommended it during his visit to the region a year earlier. He said it was one of the best experiences during his entire trip-- the experience my wife and I had at Per Tutti I Gusti did not disappoint! Amazing experience to learn how to make some wonderful Piedmontese dishes from Patrizia and her mother. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Despite my wife and I being cooking novices, we were able to follow along and make a wonderful lunch at the direction of Patrizia and he mother. We can't wait to use the recipes to make some of the dishes when we get back home! Highly recommend the class and to stop and get some goodies from their store.

I have just returned from my second class with Patrizia (and hereafter, it will be my annual addiction). You’ll be amazed at how surprisingly easy it is to make pasta (in various shapes) and Piemontese ragù under her direction! We also made two appetizers (including the famed bagne verde) and dessert. All of the fruit and vegetables came from her garden—picked moments before we arrived! All of our “hard” work was rewarded with an extraordinary aperitivo of cheeses and salumi and the house-made condiments/jams/honey to complement. And yes, wine! It doesn’t do the experience justice to describe its parts or what we made (and later, ate) — it really is something extraordinarily unique. Your family will grow by three having spent a few hours with Patrizia and her family!
