The Cape of Good Hope & Cape Point morning tour is a “must do” trip when visiting Cape Town. The sightseeing Cape of Good Hope & Cape Point tour will take you all the way down in Cape Point Nature reserve to Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope and all around the Cape Peninsula. It is one of Cape Town’s top ten tourist attractions and ranks with the most scenic drives in the world. The circular route from Cape Town down Cape Point nature reserve and back is approximately 180 kilometers in total. You’ll travel along the Atlantic seaboard the Twelve Apostles mountain range to Hout Bay and along Chapman’s Peak drive one of the most spectacular scenic routes in the world. By mid morning you will reach Cape Point nature reserve, we will drive all the way to Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope. Enough time will be allowed for you to walk to the old light house. Our return journey to Cape Town will take you along the False Bay coastline with a visit to the African penguin colony at Boulders beach.

Although the beach is not too attractive, it was worth stopping for some colourful photos, since the colourful beach hut are not to miss. Swimming is also possible in a large pool and parking in the near is no problem either.

I went to the beach every day while I was in Cape Town, nice and close to my accommodation, I had mornings there while others walked along the beach, it also has a nice running trail along the sea way, beautiful, clean and awesome waves for surfing! Also felt very safe as a lady travelling solo :)

It is quite full when the weather is good and could get a little rowdy at times too. Tidal pool is safe and large and many families frequent this beach Ps, park close to the station
