On vacation, my family and I spent hours wandering up and down the main street of Tulum visiting various shops. As a photographer by hobby, I was especially attracted to shops who had an excellent selection of beautiful things. Hernandez Gallery has an amazing selection of all kinds of Mexican pottery, far exceeding any other shop we visited. Not only that, but they gave us lower prices on bookmarks and necklaces than the other shops which we visited. I personally bought a beautiful piece of pottery. The staff were very friendly and gave us a significant deal because we were buying in bulk (we have a large family). It was also helpful that they accept credit cards, unlike some other shops in the area.

This is the place to buy pottery in Tulum! such beautiful plates, mugs and many other items...prices were reasonable and large selection.

on 11-26-16 Purchased two lamps from this store receipt #0763 paid 900 pecos cash. The clerk wrapped the lamps up for me to carry on the plane back home. Upon returning home opened packet to find the electrical parts and cords were removed from the lamps leaving only the shells of the lamps. This isn't standard practice since I was traveling with my sister she bought the same type of lamp in another town under same circumstances without a problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I have emailed the store without a response.
