Wasn’t great this time due to the Sargassum or seaweed that took over the coast line. Establishments are working to remove it but it is just to must. I suggest skipping the beach and finding other activities to do.

Amazing beach below historical Mayan ruins. We were not able to swim, because of big waves, but loved it anyway. Special place, well preserved.

The most beautiful beach. Peacefull beach with white sands. Take a morning run or spend a whole day there. Some nice restaurants around.

This beach was incredibly beautiful, I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Tulum, or even coming out just for the day!

No. Just a bunch of lizards and iguanas. But they don't mind you if you don't mind them.

I haven't had any experience with renting a car there, but from my personal experience, if you're staying close enough to food and what not, I would stick with taking a taxi or bus. If taking a taxi, I'd ask for a trip... More

Yes, the beaches are public. You don't have to climb down the steep stairs at the peak of the Tulum ruins though. In the parking lot area, on the right side is the path to the Cenote. Walk down the sand path [as if you... More
