Had a great time with Ko’ox! Did two days of cenote diving (Angelita, Car Wash, El Pit, Dos Ojos) and loved it. The guides were great - very knowledgeable, safe, and friendly. Really like that you can use WhatsApp to chat with the dive shop. We had to make some last minute changes and they were super accommodating. Also the food was pretty tasty. If we return to Tulum we will use Ko’ox again!

We finally decided to get our Open Water certification and we are so extremely happy we went with Koox. Our instructor and guide, Julio, was so kind and he honestly made our experience that much better. He made the entire process extremely stress-free and memorable. We loved him and had so much fun with him that we decided to add two more dives in the cenotes while we were here. We don't tend to go back to a location we've already visited but we definitely will be back, just to dive with Julio and Koox again!

Good response from the shop. Victor our guide was knowledgeable and safety conscious. Equipment was descent. Wet suits were in great shape. All other equipment was good. One BC leaked a little bit. No concern for air loss. Just an annoying steam of bubbles.

We went diving into a couple of cenotes with dive master Danny yesterday. The experience was stunning to say the least! We’re relatively new divers and the experience was top notch. Danny was a great person to spend our morning / afternoon with and his expertise put us at ease, plus his attention to our techniques helped us learn a few things along the way!
