I would give this tour 10 stars if I could! This is my very overdue review on this tour that I was on a couple months ago. Virginia, the main tour guide lady, spent a couple days with my group and took us to 3 cenotes, 1 canal, a beach where we got to snorkel and swim with wild turtles, and a jungle that had Mayan ruins, etc. It was a full-day experience on both days and she’s such a pleasure to go on a tour with. Virginia is extremely knowledgeable on the history, archaeology, and the surrounding nature at all of the places she took us to. Also, she’s super friendly, kind, loving, and goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re having the best time of your life. She was always on time and very accommodating to all of the needs and requests of our large group (10+ people in our group). Throughout the entire day, Virginia always made sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to fully experience Tulum and have the best time of your life. This tour is worth every penny you spend!…

I went with myself and two other friends that were a couple. Our tour was with Virginia and her team. we were going around the time when tourist were lower in October 2020, so we got lucky with not such a huge crowd. Also I completely recommend Virginia if you can get her to be your tour guide she was so sweet, and informative, I could not rave about her enough. She took us to a few different snorkeling locations and got to go into an invite only park where we got to zip-lining, canoe rowing and cliff diving. After we ate at her restaurant. The food was also So good, she makes a lot of the drinks based off of things You can grow in the area and I always appreciate that personal touch. You can tell she was really passionate and proud of the tour packages she puts together for each group and it shows in her work. Everything was supplied for us so other then extra clothes and a towel along with a recommended extra pair of shoes 😝 (also mosquito repellent - never enough) depending on what your tour is going to be, she had everything covered even snacks and drinks.…

My fiance and I had an INCREDIBLE adventure with Virginia and Riviera Adventours. We can't wait to come back and explore more!! Virginia and another guide took us on a half day private tour of several cenotes in the area. They provided all the gear we needed, gave detailed instructions, answered all our questions and were more than happy to help capture our trip with photos and videos. Virginia is extremely knowledgable about the history of the cenotes and I appreciated how she sprinkled in fascinating stories about her family's deep roots in the area. My fiance and I felt extremely safe and taken care of the entire time. It was a magical and peaceful experience. To top it off, we were treated to an amazing lunch at Virginia's family restaurant, Oscar & Lalo. The food was superb, the best we tasted during our week long trip to Tulum. We highly recommend booking your tour with Virginia and her team!…

Our family of 4 (kids 5&7) signed up for a 5 day tour. It was amazing! The tour van picked us up each morning. They helped us with our bags and offered snacks and drinks throughout the trip. We had delicious lunches in different places. From a little hut in the Jungle where they made the tortillas right in front of you to this wonderful oasis in the Jungle called, Oscar y Lalo’s with the most tender cooked octopus we’ve ever had, koi ponds, hammocks, and even a playground for the kids. One day we went zip lining over the jungle and ponds. The kids were so brave and excited. We took a boat back and got to see so many birds, fish, and other little creatures we had missed while zip lining. Another day we snorkeled with fish and sea turtles. We’ll do this again when the kids are old enough to scuba dive! Another day we drove through a village of huts (where we were able to talk to the kids about poverty). Then we hiked through the jungle to this little hole in the ground with steps and a ladder leading down to a beautifully clear water cenote. It was amazingly peaceful and exciting. We could hear these tiny adorable bats as they made little squeaks in their sleep and every now and then one would fly to a different perch. Another day we rode bikes to pyramids deep in the jungle. We saw monkeys and smaller ruins along the way. We got to climb the pyramids and learn more about Aztec and Mayan culture. On the last day we took a boat to a beautiful beach with soft white sand and spent most of the day relaxing and snorkeling with the abundant colorful little fish that swarmed us and kissed our toes. We enjoyed everything we expected and more from our tropical trip. The driver and tour guide spoiled us carrying our bags and making sure we always had something to eat and drink. They were great with the kids, answering endless questions about the animals and culture. Virginia, the owner showed us pictures and asked questions when we planned the trip. She successfully planned a trip we loved and will never forget. I definitely recommend this tour company. I wish we could use them everywhere we went.…

The tour was planned perfectly by Virginia of Riviera Adventours. They provided snacks and water, and guided us throughout the whole tour. The snorkeling tour was exceptional and we saw a wide variety of different marine life. I can confidently say my kids first snorkeling experience was one of the most memorable experiences of their life. Thank you Riviera Adventours.…
