We had an amazing time with our guide Sernando. He did a stellar job at explaining the rich history of the Yucatán. I highly recommend this company, they go above and beyond, plus this tour is for a reasonable price. You can customize your tour to anything you want, I really appreciated that flexibility. Will definitely book with them again.

5-stars plus experience! The Tulum Private Tours company definitely gave us (me, wife, elderly parents) an awesome experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend them. As a product and service based business owner, I like reviewing businesses on practical factors, so here it goes. Booking: Due to traveling with elderly parents during covid times, we decided that it was best to book a private tour instead of a group tour for safety reasons and the flexibility of setting our own schedule After reading a lot of reviews of private tours, we selected this company. After booking, I had additional questions so I exchanged a few emails with Cedric who was friendly, prompt, and professional. We wanted to get an earlier start to avoid the crowds and heat, so we started at 7:00 which worked out well. Tour Guide: Our tour guide was Servando who was excellent from start to finish. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He picked us up in a nice SUV with great air-conditioning and a refreshment bar in the trunk stocked with drinks, snacks, and some fruit. It was very obvious that he enjoyed sharing about the facts about Cenotes, everything about Tulum, and the history of the region and culture. He showed us interesting photos and diagrams about the cenotes and Tulum and answered all of our questions. It was like hanging out with a friend who was a professional tour guide. I'm sure all of the tour guides are excellent judging by how great Servando and Cedric was. Tour: After discussing things with Servando, we started with the Cenote as our first stop and got there before it got too crowded. We visited a nice Cenote which had an open area and a cavernous areas with turtles and some other creatures. As we were leaving, we saw a lot of people lined up at the entrance, so we knew our timing was good. Then we went to Tulum and had a good conversation and Q&A with Servando on the way about the region and culture on the drive over. At Tulum, we were able to skip the long line to get into the ruins because our tour included tickets which is definitely the way to go. Servando showed us around and found us good spots of shade and explained a lot about Tulum ruins in a fun and interesting way. We took some good photos and Servando took some for us that turned out nicely. Lunch: Servando took us to a place called Taqueria Honorio which was a higly rated authentic place that was also on a Netflix special. Amazing food and highly recommended. End of tour: after lunch, Servando took us home and all of us passed out in the car from a day of fun and history and taco food coma. All in all, it was a great experience from booking to end and the professionalism and friendly service of Tulum Private Tours was excellent and my family would highly recommend them. I'm a bad iphone photographer so don't judge the place by my photos since they don't do the actual places justice. :)

Cedric was fantastic to deal with and organised three private tours for our family, Tulum, Sac Atun Cenote and swimming with the turtles at Akumal Beach. Credit provided quality private transport including snacks for all. For the first 2 experiences Salvando was our guide and he was amazing. He provided amazing insight into both the Tulum ruins and is one of the few guides permitted to take guests to the Sac Atun Cenote. The latter truly was an unbelievable experience, underwater cave snorkelling amongst the limestone formations and also home to many bats. Salvando made sure we were comfortable throughout the swim and took photos of us on his own GoPro, sending them to us afterwards. We had had to postpone one day as Cedric advised the weather forecast was not suitable for the turtle experience. And so Eduardo met us early one morning for the Akumal trip. We arrived at 8.30am before the beach got busy and we hopped on a boat to take us out to the turtles. We were in the water for approx. 40 minutes and saw the most beautiful turtles including one that swam right past me. Thanks you Cedric, Salvando and Eduardo for three amazing experiences. I would not hesitate to recommend Cedric and his team if you are looking for the perfect trip.
