Fantastic experience with Acuatic Tulum. The team was very patient and attentive to what kind of experience we were looking for, offering various suggestions. The two dives in itself were magical, and what made it even better was that our instructor Alex took his time and never rushed us - typically not the case with other diving schools! Highly recommend!

We went on the cenote snorkeling tour with Orlando and it was amazing. There were only 3 of us snorkeling so, it felt like a private tour. He was very patient and informative. We snorkeled in the Dos Ojas cenote and saw so many cool formations, stalagtites, stalagmites, caves, bats it was beautiful! They had all of the equipment we needed, wet suits, flippers, masks, and flashlights. The post snorkels snacks were really tasty. Only thing that could have made it better is if Orlando took photos and shared those with us but, that's asking for a lot. I also love that he took us into the bat cave, you can only visit this with a guide. I highly recommend this.

I booked a dive here for cenote diving. The dive was really beautiful. It was my first cenote dive. The team from the dive center was super nice and very helpful and the instructor was very experienced. I felt very well taken care of and I can only recommend this diving centre!!!

We felt very well taken care of. Orlando is a very patient and capable instructor who taught us all the skills gently and understandably. The whole team is extremely friendly and helpful. When we are back in Tulum, we will definitely go diving with Orlando again!

great days! Good guy on dive! Very professional. Equipment is in good order. I dive annually so it's nice to get a refresher every year. 2nd dive site, Car Wash Cenote, was neat. prices good and they have yoga there as well which I did the night before. nice, calming, quiet, clean + perfect. recommend this place for both! Good people and cute doggos

I did 5 dives with Alex. Besides from being a very nice person, he is a great professional. It was all beautiful and very safe!
Two dives I did with him and another diver. The other 3 just with him! Besides from that, I could choose, in advance, which place I would like to go and see.
Honestly, some of the best dives I had. I fully recommend!

Had a very good time with the staff and the dives. Very friendly and accomodating. Most of had not dived in a while and they help us with a refresher course that took about 30 minutes in the water, just to get us comfortable again with the basics. The dives in the Cenotes were amazing! I would highly recommend it.

We asked at Zazil Kin for a dive trip. To be honest, those guys at the dive hut there didn't make the best first impression - everybody seemed to be VERY "cool". When we arrived at the dive shop tin Tulum city center the other day, it was kind of tricky to find a working equipment, we had to try a lot: 1 BCD was leak, 1 valve was broken, 1 gauge was broken and when we were at the water even the second stage turned loosing continously air (but we could stop it again after some fingering around). We were taken to the cenotes with the most rotten car I have seen in Mexico (and I have been even working there for some time!). Our diving instructor was very nervous at the cenotes because other tourists were there in the water and the hall of the talks made him nervous. After he told us that he wanted to see our bouancy he jumped into the water - he was kind of stunned and didn't respond to our further questions. Instead he was diving around on the ground without looking up. So we tried to do what he had said although we were still not sure if we understood correctly. Obviousely he was not satisfied. He stopped diving around on the ground (which he had been performing most of the time without looking at us - which was strange for us, because we did not know if we should start now or not - a check is supposed to be something that was controlled, wasn't it?) he came up and angrily shouting at my girlfriend "we are not here because we are so cool, we are not here because we are just having fun..." well, these were his first words. He then was complaining about that she had started sinking to slowely (but that was what he actually had instructed her to do before!) and about not bending her knees. But in a very rude way! By the way, he doesn't like Americans (good luck we at least are not). As we both had been working as instructors for some time and today our profession still has very much to do with working with people we were really very upset how agressiv and unfriendly his way of communication was. We secretly already started thinking about stopping that dive, as we felt very unconvinient. You pay a lot of money for being treated very rude - that was not our idea of diving!! Anyway, we went on and started diving the cenotes. My girlfriend later got a panic underwater (as she still felt very bad about the rude words before). She is lucky to have a nice buddy like me, who always stayed to her very close. Our dive instructor was not. He was swimming somewhere in the front, never looking back and eventually get lost somewhere around in other caves where we could not see us any more. At the beginning we tried to pick him by blinking biside him (doing the "emergency sign" he just told us before), but he didn't react and moved on. What a bad guide! Between five to ten minutes later he also showed up (we had already found a surface). So what was his reaction? He again wanted to get very rude with us, telling us that we should always stay with him and so on. We told him we would quit the dive. Best for us, altough we paid for nearly nothing and the worst dive experience ever. Later he had the idea to offer us another dive as compensation for our lost dive - but the chief (!) of the dive shop refused. "Time is money", we heard. We also dived with other companies on the Yucatan peninsula and I really have to warn you from this specific company. They are not the cheapest, but on the cheaper side. Sometimes you just seem to get crap when you don't pay enough ... I think the guy's name was Salvador. Very strange guy with a wired laugh who semmed to be very proud of a German tourist girl he once had. So we finally had to smiley to his machismo jokes.

I did the free diving experience in a beautiful cenote. The location is perfect and gear is fine. Esteban was my instructor. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. His coaching is from an extremely high level. This made the freediving more then a diving experience. The relaxing excercises taught by Esteban is a tool which is useable in general life. Hope to come again to tulum!

Great new experience in diving into a cenote! This center was suggested us by a professional cave diver and it was effectively the best in Tulum.
Organized, serious, professional, well equipped, diving into a cenote was incredible and easy also if it was our first time thanks to the advices and careful of the instructor.
