I would say I am experienced diver (25 years, around 300 dives) and I rated every single dive from 1-10. I only gave one 10 in my life, that was in Vanuatu - a night wreck dive. However, I never dove in Mexico, until yesterday, and I was truly blown away! Cyrill, the guide (nice and easy going chap from Lyon, FR) and myself went to dive in a Cenote, a cave dive as its only possible here. If you stay low - around 10-12 meters, you are diving in fresh water, below that its sea / salt water and once at that level, it looks like an underwater world - on top of another underwater world. Your brain tells you, it you go 1 meter up, you reach the surfaces - but, it only looks like that. Since this was completely new to me, I tried it many times and my brain almost freak out :-). Amazing! To top that, the visibility is unbeatable! From one end of the Cenote you can see the entrance point - clearly! But that is > 80m away! And the sun shining into the cave / water allows you to see the greenest green and the bluest blues and brightest yellow - ever. Difficult to explain - you got to experience it! At the deepest allowed point (their is a Jack Reaper warning STOP sign), you look up and you see 'The Jungle' - crystal clear! Absolutely amazing. During the dives, I often felt like being right in the Pirates of the Caribbean Movie - for a moment I really thought I was a diving Jack Sparrow :-). My second 10 in my scuba diving career! and I will deferentially return do dive some of the other of Cenotes (there are thousands) including the 'Pit' (a vertical one ;-)). Thank you Cyrill for a super day; and to Damian - another French men, working at the Dive Shop - who is extremely knowledgeable and offers you the trips that suit your desires and experiences. See you soon for more Cenote's and diving at Cozumel! And this is a promise! Christian

What an amazing time at "The Reef Marina - Coco Beach"... a big shout out to all of the hard working and friendly staff. A very special thanks to Jose & Stephen at the Reef Marina Dive Shop... They provided our whole group from SIN CITY SCUBA with 6 days of diving heaven. From Reefs to wrecks to the unbelievable Bull Shark dives this trip was a home run... I cant wait to come back (hopefully) in July to do it all over again with this amazing team only next time it will be the Whale Sharks!!

The Bulls are running and Reef Marina - Coco Beach took us to see them several times during our 6 day stay. On arrival to PDC, we learned that our regular shop was not able to provide service for our group. Jose & Stephen at Reef Marina stepped up and provided our group with an amazing experience. They were very accommodating which was very much appreciated. During our stay at Reef-Coco Beach, we did a total of 4 bull Shark dives, 8 reef dives and 2 cenote dives. We had great dive guides on every dive. Our guides were attentive and helpful. Leo was great. He gave good briefings, was very helpful getting in and out of the water as well as defending us from those pesky trigger fish on the shark dive lol. At the end of each day, they washed and stored our gear for the next day. Each morning we showed up. We found our gear in our bins waiting for us to gear up and head out to the boat. The service was great. They even helped us by changing up the schedule a bit to try and time some dive with the weather that was coming in. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great vacation. We have another trip planned for July. Looking forward to seeing the crew again.

We stayed at The Reef Coco Beach because of the excellent reviews of the dive center. It proved to be a good decision. We enjoyed four days of 2-tank dives July 27 - 30. The entire team was very friendly & accommodating. Our divemasters, Daniella and Ramon, were knowledgeable & professional. We especially enjoyed the small groups, only 4 divers plus divemaster. ***Also the best prices that I have ever seen!
