We booked this on a recommendation and were highly disappointed. First they were 45 minutes late picking us up from our hotel. Then on arrival at the departure point (a mall) we waited for 30 minutes in a totally disorganized queue. Finally got on the bus and left 30 minutes late. The first stop was at a thrid rate dirty... FYI - We purchased the package with open bar option. For about $119US: - breakfast aboard bus (subway sandwich) - drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) provided throughout the trip. - stop at Mayan village to shop and swim in a cenote. (They accept credit cards here.) - lunch in a small village with local cuisine (Our picky eaters ate the... More

My wife and I went on the Tulum-Cobá Tour. The guides were great, Alejandro and the couple of David showed so much knowledge about the history of the sites and they were very good in entertaining the Tourists. Although, we experienced a bad things at this tour. First, our bus seemed to be improvised. There were two buses and the... More

My husband and I went on the Chi Chen Itza Tour with David, Julio and Jaun. It was a great time. They had so much knowledge and showed us so much. We had breakfast on board and it also included drinks and lunch. we learned so much about the Mayan Culture wher they lived and came from. It was really... More

I had a top-notch experience with my full day excursion to Chichen-Itza this past January. What made it so wonderful was my tour guide David, who was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the Mayan ruins and culture. If you choose this excursion, request to have David as your guide because not only did he make the day... More

Four of us were staying at the Grabd Mayan at Vidanta resort. We wanted to get off resort and experience some of the peninsula so we booked the Chichen Itza tour. The tour guides, Victor and David were engaging, funny, and full of great information. The hospitality staff of Ricardo and Paulino made sure we were comfortable at all times.... More

My husband, 16 yr old daughter and her best friend went on a private tour of Tulm with Gabriel. My daughter knew more than he did, he only spent 15 minutes talking with them befor he turned them loose to eplore the ruins by themselves. We spent $150 USD for 15 minutes with a guide. Don't know about you, but... More

The full day tour was fantastic! The swim in the cenote was magical and the lunch delicious! The ruins at Chichen Itza we're amazing, but what made this tour the best was the guides Victor and David. These 2 were wonderfully friendly, funny, knowledgeable and we learned so much. They absolutely made the tour!

After a chilled out week in Tulum I went into shock when I arrived at Playa! OMG where did all these people and shops come from. So I decided to escape for a day. Stopped at a tour kiosk near my hotel (Barrio Latino in Calle 4) because a friend told me to visit Chichen Itza. The tour sounded LONG... More
