Did a private tour to Tulum and Tak be Ha cenote with this company. Our driver and guide were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend them.

First, the reply via email is super quick, on time to pick us up from our hotel. The groups are small, makes it easy to interact with the members and crew. The devil is in the details...ex: we chose the whale shark tour, the pick up is early, at the port a small stand with coffee and food was offered before we got on the boat, a lite snack was served after the excusion, which was unexpected but was greatly appreciated. The guide (Jonathan) was generous with his time and information. I did many excusions in Mexico, none was the quality of Paseo tour. Five star service and tour! Félicitations à l’équipe, super boulot! Au Top!

We did two tours with this company-the guides were friendly and kind, the lunch was local, the places we went were quiet, nothing was sold to us on the way. These tours are a good value and worth every penny. So good to learn about the history here and swim in lovely spaces.

We had a great trip with a wonderful guide Ivan. He went above and beyond in terms of knowledge and interaction with our group of four. He picked us up right on time, and took us to a great place for morning coffees in Tulum. We then drove to Valladolid and visited a great farmers market, that was for locals, not tourists. Ivan treated us to some great food samples, including some delicious tamales. We then went to a gorgeous cenote, where we were the only ones there - fabulous. Drove to Coba for a very tasty grilled chicken lunch, then to Mayan ruins, where Ivan gave us a detailed explanation of the background of Mayan history in this area. Some of us then climbed the 142 steps up and down the pyramid...not for the faint of heart!!! We had a full day with Ivan and highly recommend Passeo for your excursions in the area.

We booked three tours with them: 1. Las Coloradas - to see pink lagoon & flamingos (private) 2. Tulum & Coba combined (a group of six including me and my husband) 3. Chichen Itza & Cenote Ik Kil and Valladolid (private) ALL of the tours are excellent and unforgettable. We saw a lot of life-time scenes and experienced so many Mexican treasures such as the food, the Mayan architecture and the cenotes. The tour company also helped us save money by grouping us with four lovely fellow travelers for tour 2 above as we originally booked it private. Our tour guide Ivan has done a fantastic job in the three days. He has been very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about Mexico and the Maya. Plus he is a skilled photographer and took great photos of us. Ivan also took us to secret cenotes where there are no other people. We have visited four Cenotes in total and except for Ik Kil, all other three are like our private cenotes. These cenotes are of different kinds but all with clear water and beautiful views. Our contact person, Celine is hardworking and efficient. I originally planned to use our hotel credit to book tours with the hotel and did not realize the hotel credit thing is a completely spam until 2 days before our departure. When I emailed Celine, she is fast in replying to me and sometimes I received her email outside regular business hours. She completed my booking before I board on the flight. On our second tour, she grouped us with four other travelers and we saved 50% on the price than a private tour as we originally booked.
