The whole process of purchasing the tour was easy and we remained in complete contact until the tour date. Truly one of a kind customer service. This experience was just amazing. We had a private tour with Max as our guide and he was great. He was immediately our friend, that's how comfortable he made us feel. We, honestly, could have not been happier. Max explained everything and made sure we were completely comfortable before diving. The dive itself was like being in a whole new world...so stunning! Our friends couldn't join us this time and they were all super jealous. The photographer took pictures and video, the package was super reasonably priced too! And, it included more than just our pictures, really cool! We will be back to do more dive with The Cenote Guy! Cannot wait!
