I picked YucaTreks based on trip advisor reviews and the fact that they offer a private tour. We were not disappointed! Our guide was Edar. He was extremely knowledgeable and obviously LOVES the Mayan Culture. We started out at 7:45 am pick up time. Very nice van, nice and cool, lots of drinks and snacks along with a sandwich. It... We had a group of 6 that took the Ek Balam/cenote tour. Eder was an AMAZING guide. I have had several other guided trips but Eder was the best I have ever had. He knew so much factual history along with plants, trees, and birds. He took us to parts of the ruin where no other guides were. He answered... More

Our experience with Yucatreks was a 10 from beginning to end! Mitch, the owner, was super easy to work with during the booking process. Even when we decided to change from a group tour to a private tour. Our family of four, including 2 teenagers, took the Chichen Itza tour with Eder as our guide. He did an amazing job!... More

The Sea to Cenote tour with Hector was so much fun! The tour is a great balance of activity and tranquility, and Hector is not only a fun guide who was a blast to hang out with, but he really knows his stuff as well. We did this tour for my boyfriend's birthday and at the end of the tour,... More

Hector and Alfredo were simply the best! It was a pure pleasure to spend a whole day of our vacation with them and they really went out of their way to make us feel special. I highly recommend doing the Sea to Cenote tour with them. They even surprised me with a cake for my birthday in a Cenote! Great... More

We did the "Sea to Cenote" tour with Hector and Alfredo. Absolutely fantastic! Hector was an awesome guide and Alfredo a great driver. They were both knowledgeable, fun, and entertaining. We hit three really great locations and ate at a fantastic restaurant. We didn't get to see the turtles due to circumstances they couldn't control, but they handled it well... More

We've just got back from an amazing day out courtesy of Eder (ably assisted by Caesar) from Yucatreks Tours and felt I had to leave a review. We went on the Coba - Tulum Combo tour with only 8 other people, which was great (and so much better than going on a mass holiday company excursion with 40 others..!) Due... More

We went to Playa del Carmen in February. YucaTreks was the highest rated on Tripadvisor so we booked out Chichen Itza day trip when them. They picked us up bright and early and lucky for us, it was a private tour! Jules was our guide and he was so interesting the the 2 hour car ride to the ruins flew... More

We were a couple who were joined by another couple and a group of 3 for the Tulum and Beyond tour. We had a hotel pick up and once everyone was aboard our tour guide briefed us on the way to Tulum. The Tulum ruins were great and despite the heat we enjoyed learning about the buildings and their history.... More

Met Edear and Cesar (apologies on the spelling) since we were only a couple blocks from their office we chose to meet at the Starbucks on 5th ave. They were there like clockwork and after a quick intro our small group of 3 plus 2 they had already picked up we were off to Coba. On the way Edear gave... More
