I have used American Transfers several times and their service just keeps getting better each time. The drivers are always prompt and followed all Covid protocols, The vans are clean, in good condition and comfortable. Rates are very reasonable. Although we only used them from CUN to Playa del Carmen this trip, they are available to transport to any sights in the area and those trips are very reasonable and comfortable too. Great communication from the time of booking with explicit instructions on where to find them at CUN, and they were there promptly with a big sign with our name.....if you are familiar with CUN airport arrivals area you know it can be crazy so this was extremely helpful. I highly recommend using American Transfers for all your transportation needs while visiting Cancun and other destinations in the area.

I really liked them and would use them again. The van was really nice and comfortable, the drivers were friendly, I was traveling alone and I'm a woman. Speedy Shuttle was really helpful and communicative via WhatsApp. I gave four stars instead of five because when I arrived at the pick-up area there was a LOT of shuttle drivers from a LOT of various companies. I stood there looking for my name on a sign for a really long time while all sorts of drivers came up to tell me they were my driver or knew where my driver was. I couldn't find my name on a sign. It was printed in maybe 18 font on a piece of paper with two other names and the representative was squished in with other businesses. Another driver actually found my person and brought him to me. It was really overwhelming.
I would absolutely give five stars if during pick-up they had a large, legible sign so when the passenger is surrounded by 50 signs they could actually see their own name among them. If someone hadn't brought him to me I would have just kept standing there. It's like a big U of drivers with names that you just have to find your name among the throng of names.
But again, they were messaging me on WhatsApp, telling me the name of the person who was there to pick me up and because of that I was able to NOT go with the wrong person because they all kept telling me they were there for me and they weren't. I'm really happy with Speedy Shuttle's communication and checking on me. I will use them again. They were very trustworthy and I felt safe once I was in their care.

Booked a 5 day getaway last minute. Reached out to Speedy Shuttle on Tuesday night after business closed. Was online with their chat assistant and they sent me link to confirm roundtrip transportation from airport to resort for the following morning. The young man was prompt and as we exited baggage claim, he was there with a sign with our name on it. No hassle, he took us directly to our air conditioned vehicle and he was also prompt in picking us up to take us back to airport at the conclusion of our trip. Great Service !

American Transfers left us stranded departing Playa Del Carmen! After fumbling badly and not knowing what excuse to come up with.. the truth came out, they didn’t plan their day to come get us even though they verified they would pick us up at our resort at 8AM TWICE!! They also multiple times couldn’t figure out how to use the reservation system and Get Your Guide. If you decide to take a chance and book with these guys, absolutely do not do it through Get Your Guide because they won’t know how to retrieve your reservation… they would tell you over and over again. They can’t find your reservation because apparently they haven’t been trained to properly. Use the Get Your Guide system.

Best experience ever. On our way into Cancun we were delayed at customs for hours. Speedy Shuttle was patiently waiting with a sign with our name when we finally made it out. On our way back to the airport, Speedy Shuttle made changes so that we would be taken to the airport in spite of schedule changes with JetBlue. This happened twice when our flight was cancelled and then rescheduled to two different times. Andres responds within minutes and he really went out of his way to coordinate our travel. This is a top notch company!

We were very pleased with our round trip transfer from Cancun airport to our resort and back again. They were incredibly responsive via email. There was only one small hiccup in that we had been told that when we left the airport to look for someone wearing an American Transfers shirt, but our greeter was wearing something with a different logo. But he did have a decent sized sign with my name, so after a few minutes of searching, we found him. After that, everything went perfectly. It really wasn't all their fault either, because the pickup area at Cancun is a bit of a zoo anyway. The greeter and drivers were friendly and courteous, quick to open doors and help with luggage. For the return trip, they pulled up to our resort lobby promptly at the time they said they would be there. It made our travel days smooth and easy! Nothing negative to say at all!

American Transfers was awesome! They were always on time, and had the best drivers. We used them for 6 transfers, one of those being an all day tour. The vans were very clean and in excellent condition. They Andrew was very accommodating and even facilitated earlier pickup and drop off times for us on one of our days. Felix was our driver for our all day tour, and he was wonderful! He told us a lot about the spots we were driving to, helped my daughter and I work on our Spanish, and was always cheerful and kind even though we were delayed by over 2 hours by horrible traffic. I’m a travel agent and will definitely recommend American Transfers to my clients.

They were so helpful with booking a last minute ride from the hotel to the airport.. They messaged us to confirm all the details and were exceptional in terms of customer service. The driver arrived right on time and was able to get us to the airport quickly. I would use them again!

We reserved our transfer with Speedy Shuttle Cancun before arriving in Cancun. Andres/Julio were wonderful. I knew what to expect because they sent plenty of notifications. Julio was waiting for our group when we made it out of the Cancun Airport. We did not wait at all!!!

I like American Transfers,they are really good about services, the answer all the question you ask i like the private transportation and tours activities,we when to the chichen itza is the best tours ever we stop couple places to shop swimming in the Cenote ik kil is the best part.This time my wife and my kids, we going stay in the Riviera Maya hope Playa del Carmen.Keep up the good work American Transfers see you in 2018 really recommend this company.
