When arriving at ferry terminal, Winjet and Ultramar both listed a 7 pm departure. We took Winjet over and read good reviews on them. When we went to the counter to book ferry back, Windjet was honest and said they were running late and ferry...More

Ultramar's ferries are high speed, so as they are going over the waves, they move around a lot. In rougher seas, it's quite the roll that you experience. The ferry is beautiful, however, and they are usually nicely decorated. The ferry is a fast way...More

This ferry ride from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel should be easy and smooth but truly depends on the weather. And also the class of ticket you buy. It was worth getting first class to get your choice of seats and also have flexibility with...More

The experience I had on Ultramar was great. The Ferry Terminals on both sides are pretty confusing so you have to make sure you pay attention as there is very little pre boarding assistance actually near the gate. Get there early to get good seats.

Very good service. The person who attended us was very handful explaining to us what we were going to need in the Cozumel island. The trip on the ferry was very nice. There was live music aboard during the trip to go to Cozumel. However,...More

The ferry offered multi island pass which was great since I went back to mainland for a few day trips. First time on the ferry: gorgeous sunny day and margaritas offered at an ok price. Any wet gear they make you sit outside in the...More

The ferry itself is fast and posh, but the staff fid not speak English and the first class tickets were not really worth it. The priority boarding was a huge plus, but the seats were regular and on our way back on our table (for...More

SWOOPY! If you are at all sensitive to motion sickness as I am, be prepared for an interesting half hour crossing. Everyone else seemed to be oblivious to the roll, pitch, and yew except me and my wife who is even more sensitive than I...More

Every hour, to and from Playa del Carmen/cozumel. The live music is liked by some, but I would have enjoyed the silence. Ask the staff for barf bags, we used them!

I only rode the ferry to isla de mujeres but I do know it also goes to Cozumel. It is a very spacious and comfortable ride.
