We are very sorry you did not like the tour always going to the museum those rocks that says is the museum is called the meco. this season they have hit many winds from the north which complicates the vision of the museum. We prevent her from doing the tour again in better weather conditions. In question of the dock tax is a federal payment for the use of natural areas. This information is clear on our website, I also invite you to check more information about the taxes of parks and protected areas so you don't feel it was a trick. We also checked the comments on the day of the activity and there was no bad comment. Our office is open from 9am to 10pm. We would have liked you to come and tell us about your inconvenience.

This company has GREAT customer service. The family we went with had a great time on their Xel-Ha aventure, but we had to leave for a health emergency and the company worked very hard to give us partial reimbursement. We are very happy with our experience.
