With all respect, allow us to remind you again: All car rentals have the same policies, you must wait to inspect the rented vehicle unless you paid full cover. Otherwise you are responsible for any damages. We asked you several times to wait for us to receive and inspect the vehicle. You were rushing to leave before the time schedule to meet. You basically abandoned the unit in a very busy parking lot. The photos you took don't show all sides of the car, did you take them like that for a reason?!
We called you multiple times after you left, your phone was out of signal. After 3 days, we were able to reach you out. You required us to send you 2 paint shop quotes for your evaluation.
The first quote from the Toyota dealership was almost $10,000 MXN.
The second was from another workshop for $4,716 MXN.
We had no response from you for several days. Our protocol indicates lack of interest or responsibility. We are covering part of the damage, we only charged you $3,600 MXN, (180usd). Which is the cheapest we could do for the type of repair of all the damage pieces on the SUV.
Unfortunately it is a loss for you and for us because this unit is going to be out for repairs and we won't be able to rent it.
If you have the time to write such unfair reviews. Next time follow instructions, make sure you don't damage rental cars. Pay full coverage when you don't want to take care of the vehicle or when you are in a rush.
We always have the best rates and try hard to make our customers happy, but in this case we could not let you walk away without charging you for the damage.
