My wife and I came to Quinto Elemento Spa based on a local recommendation. We had the 90 minute couples massage. What a wonderful experience! So relaxing and peaceful. I opted for a pedicure after. I went for the chocolate treatment for one and if I could give 10 stars I would! 🍫 My experience was absolutely amazing, Valeria took care of me and she is just wonderful. The staff were professional, friendly and the clinic was organized and clean. I felt like a chocolate burrito during my treatment, and Valeria applied just the right pressure for my massage. My skin feels so smooth and the chocolate smelled so good I wanted to eat some! Price was reasonable as well (1300 mxn). I will definitely be back to try their other treatments and I highly recommend everyone to come try the chocolate treatment at least once 😌

Absolutely incredible. Best massage I've had in many years and I'm a hard client. Lots of tension and injuries. They really listened to what I wanted/needed and then did an excellent job supplying it. Will definitely go again if I go back to PDC!

Amazing amazing massage therapists here. The holistic massage is our favorite and we love the friendly atmosphere here. Very calming and truly a wonderful experience. While on my stay in Playa Del Carmen I was in need of a mani/pedi and the salon I used to visit on Fifth was gone. A friend recommended Quinto Elemento Spa. I was so glad she did. I took a chance and walked in. With a little help from my "translater app" Maria got me in that morning. Maria gave the best pedicure I have ever had. She always had a smile on her face. The polish never chipped and looked immaculate. Then Karla gave me a manicure and I met Elisabetta the owner. People were coming and going and that is always a good sign. My boyfriend and I were staying in playa for vacation and were looking for a good spa for massages when we got recommended this gem!! Elisabetta and her team are amazing! One of the best massages I've ever gotten. We chose the holistic couples massage which was amazing. At the end of our massage we were given a gift which was a bottle of prosecco with grapes it was such a nice way to end such a relaxing experience. This spa is a must when visiting playa! Not to mention the price is amazing one couple massage for 55$ u.s. Can't beat that!
