Daniella was a joy to work with to put tours together for our group of 5 couples. 3 couples did 3 tours including a city tour, Uxmal, Chocomuseum and Celestun Biosphere Tour. Two of the couples also did a day tour to Chichen-itsa and Ixmal while the remainder of the group did a cooking class. David, our guide was very knowledgeable and Roberto, our driver, was extraordinarifavally helpful as one of the members of our group had some challenges. Daniella also came to our aid with a visit to an Orthopedic Doctoer and facilities to help that person be more mobile for the last day of touring. Highly recommend and don't think you will be disappointed.

We strongly recommend Daniella and her team for a trip to Yucatan.
Daniella worked tirelessly, professionally and patiently with us to plan a two-person itinerary that was initially disrupted by Covid, so the itinerary took several iterations. Daniella designed an itinerary that comprehensively covered the historical, cultural, archeological and architectural items we were interested in, plus many more aspects specific to the time of year we visited, i.e., Day of the Dead. Her Merida lodging recommendation and her responsiveness were spot-on.
We spent 7 days of day trips touring Yucatan in the company of the outstanding guide David Bacab and the excellent driver Antonio. Our experience was so positive that we are beginning to plan a return trip to the region in the relatively near future so we can explore more Mayan archeological sites.

We booked a multi day tour and transfers with Yucatan Concierge and we are very happy with their services. They were always courteous and on time and our drivers Tony was awesome.
Planning was also a breeze with great suggestions and very acomodating to our needs. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with yucatan concierge on a 5 night / 6 day trip around the yucatan. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Danielle was fabulous at making suggestions and helping us tailor make our trip and was always very prompt in responding to our questions and queries. Our guide David was simply wonderful. He was so knowledgeable about the Mayan sites, the Mayans more generally and yucatan history and culture. Our driver Rodolpho was also great! We had an amazing trip!

Daniella was a dream to work with! We created two custom trips, one to Uxmal and Hacienda Mucuyché, featuring one of more extraordinary Cenotes in the area. The other custom trip was to Ek Balem and another gorgeous Cenote recommended by Daniella -- Hubiku. I recommended a lunch place to Daniella and she was always open to accomodating us.
Our guide for both tours, Fausto, was exactly what we were looking for: a seasoned professional, excellent English, tons of knowledge and a fun personality. Ask for him!

We truly got blessed on this one. We book a private tour my daughter and I with a gentleman name Juan Gomez with YUM KIN travel. Juan speaks perfect english and has a degree in anthropology studying the Mayan culture. Super informative and super nice guy. We paid $850 pesos each that included authentic Mayan meal with fresh made corn tortillas and turkey.

Daniella is fantastic. She put together a great trip that hit the highlights of the Yucatan around Merida in the few days that I had -- Chichen Itza, Uxmal, and the protected wetlands at Celestun. Consistently excellent recommendations for hotels, restaurants, knowledgeable guide for the Maya ruins, and they were extremely helpful with the travel disruptions and changing plans caused by the coronavirus situation. Daniella is always accessible and every aspect of these tours can be personalized to your liking. This trip was too short, I would love to come back to Merida and I would certainly hire Yucatan Concierge again to help arrange the trip.

There is only one word to describe the service : “Excellent”!!! Jorge (our guide ) and Miguel (our driver) made the experience unique.
The guide, Jorge, had an amazing knowledge about the history and region. He recommend us what to do and we couldn’t be more pleased .
First we had an early tour in Chichenitza that could not be better, Jorge gave us a detailed explanation of all the complex and we visited during 3 hrs the best part of it.
Next was the visit to the cenote and the kids love it!!! And finally we went to this little “Magic town” who was all painted in yellow (Izamar) . In Izamar we had a very delicious typical food and Jorge and Miguel were beyond the expected to make this day enjoyable.

We did a 10 days private tour around Yucatan with Yucatan Concierge.
Daniella built a great program for us, so we would visit all the highlights of the Peninsula as this was our first time there.
She was very nice, always checking about our tour.
Freddy, our driver and David, our guide, were awesome. We had so much fun with them! And they took us to a few less touristic places.
Freddy is a great driver, extremely professional and a very nice person.
David is also great, very knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Hello - At what time should we visit the cenotes? I am concerned about the water being too cold. We are traveling in November.

Hi Beth. We recommend to visit the cenotes between 12pm-4pm, some of the cenotes are inside a cavern and the sun does´t reach the water, if it is too early in the morning you will probably feel the water too cold. The cenotes closes around 5pm.
The best option is to take a private tour, we can design your visit with archeological sites, a visit to a cenote and time to swim on its crystal clear water, and some other attractions on the way depending on how long you want the tour to last.
