- Annelise D19 contributionsBest place to relax and have fun!We had such a nice time at this place ! Our servers were amazing all week, especially Teo we will miss you buddy! It’s such a nice place to chill and swim and snorkel the food and drinks are pretty good too! It’s a little busy on the weekends but still very accommodating and relaxing for everyone.Visited November 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten November 14, 2023
- Rachel RSapulpa, Oklahoma3 contributionsDefinitely check this place out!We visited this place based on previous reviews. You will need to take a taxi or golf cart to get to Kin Ha. The pool, slides, kayak, beach, volleyball, etc is all free of charge. Great drinks and food. It was not very busy at all and my four children age 6-14 loved it. Great place to spend an afternoon!Visited December 2023Traveled with familyWritten December 23, 2023
- Kelly RRichmond, Virginia1,048 contributionsFun Place! This is a great beach club with no minimum spending requirements. They have a nice cascading pool, gorgeous ocean views, kayaks and SUP’s free to use, swings over the water, great food and drinks, and the friendliest staff!!! When we walked in we were greeted so warmly by every single employee we crossed paths with. We had a couple rounds of drinks. Try the Kin Ha mojito..it’s half red/half green and tastes amazing. The nachos were really good, too. We had a fun afternoon here.Visited December 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten January 4, 2024
- Kristi R13 contributionsThe most magical place! 100/10!!! You must go!The most amazing experience!!!! The food and drinks are amazing. The view is unbelievable! You can swim, snorkel and kayak all for free if you eat there. Our service was so awesome as well, he even brought our drinks to the water while we were out for a swim. This is literally our favorite place ever now! Can’t recommend enough!!Visited May 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten May 16, 2024
- Kelly RRichmond, Virginia1,048 contributionsFun Place, Great MenuThis is a great place to spend an afternoon for any group. They have a kids only pool, an everyone pool, and an adults only pool. The ocean is beautiful and they have kayaks, paddle boards, a little rope swing off the dock, 2 over the water swings, and water volleyball. All of the people working here are so friendly and helpful. The food and beverage menu is extensive and everything is really good. We love the Kin Ha mojitos. We also ordered the chicken special after seeing the people next to us get it bc it looked so enticing….and it was every bit as good as it looked.Visited June 2024Traveled with familyWritten June 16, 2024
- Jorge QNew York City, New York24 contributionsExcellent Day at Kin Ha in Isla MujeresWe spent the entire day at the beach club with family, which came highly recommended based on numerous positive reviews on TikTok and YouTube. The experience did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, and the included amenities were excellent. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, with special mention to Ronny, our waiter for the day. He was attentive from start to finish, always eager to share information about the food, Isla Mujeres, and Mexico. I highly recommend visiting Kin Han.Visited June 2024Traveled with familyWritten June 28, 2024
- Matt TTexas102 contributionsThis is a must do when in islaWe had a few drinks , ate , and played in the pool and even swung on ropes into the ocean. Great beach club with an excellent vibe and beautiful views. This is by far the best beach club on the island. Great customer service and everyone was very friendly. - Mas K.Saint Louis, Missouri14 contributionsHighly recommendedGreat atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful location, good food, great drinks, and lots of shady places to lounge. Really enjoy this place each trip. Recommend jumping off the dock but not the rope swing unless you’re 4ft. Will definitely come back again!!! Thanks Korina for the excellent service!Visited July 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten July 3, 2024
- Emma S15 contributionsGreat place to spend the dayMy girlfriend and I visited Kin Ha after hearing great reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype! It’s exactly as advertised. Beach chairs are $35 for the day, but all your food and drink purchases go toward that cost, making it a great deal. The wait staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made our day even better. One of the highlights is that all the water sports are free—you just need to leave your ID when you borrow the gear. A small tip: bring your own towels! They require a $35 deposit for their towels, plus it costs $10 to use them, so it’s easier to come prepared. Overall, we had an amazing time and ended up spending the entire day here. We’d definitely recommend Kin Ha and look forward to coming back!Visited August 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten August 24, 2024

Spent the day here. Arrived early wanting to make sure we got seats by the water. Walked in and no one around. So walked around until I found someone to tell me where to go for the parque. Charged me 300 pesos each, all goes towards food and drinks. I noticed the price kept changing for people who came in. Lots to do. Easy to spend a full day here. Found rays and urchins under the bridge. I didn’t think to bring id, I leave it locked in room, so they gave kids a hard time about using paddle boards. Had to give 500 deposit. When we were leaving no one had the key to get deposit back. Think they were hoping I’d say forget it. Definitely bring water shoes. Very hot dock and shallow water very slimy on bottom. Drinks and sandwich were delicious. Shrimp and lobster tacos were bad. Definitely worth the price for everything they offer as long as you aren’t over charged to walk in. If you go early you get the whole place to yourself. Then it turns into a huge party on land

An employee was handing out flyers to check out Kin Ha so we decided to give it a try. Park attractions are OK but not worth paying an entrance fee. Pros- 1. Restaurant is AMAZING!!! 2.The fresh water pools are nice and clean and each is a different depth (only the shallow pool slide is open.) Our toddler had fun in the pool and slide. 3. Snorkeling at the end of the dock is awesome! An abundance of different types of fish. 100% better than the Garrafon Natural Reef Park that we had paid to enter the day before. Cons- 1. Very small shallow sandy beach area for the toddler to play in. The rest of the ocean floor is slimy and gross to walk on (bring water shoes) 2. The dock posts where everyone snorkels are full of Fire Corral on them. Our daughter accidentally brushed her arm on it. The employees were very attentive and poured Vinegar on it to alleviate the burning sensation. Warning signs on the dock would be helpful for the patrons to keep everyone safe. We will return for the snorkeling and excellent food.

We happened upon this restaurant on our first night in Isla Mujeres because it was within walking distance of our hotel. You enter the hotel lobby from street level, then go down stairs and ramps to the waterfront restaurant. Jorge, our server on several occasions, was the BEST. He was very attentive, even bringing me a finger bowl of water with limes and a cloth napkin when he saw that I had a bit of a mess eating the delicious unshelled shrimp dish! The mole dish my husband had was out of this world. The view is splendid for sunsets. Today is our last day here, and we may go back a fourth time, perhaps even to use the pool and waterfront. Their Margaritas are strong, the music not too loud, and the food is awesome.

Stopped in here with the family during a day of golf carting around the island. We were promptly seated and our server was fantastic. The six of us got a round of cocktails and some food. My end of the table ended up getting basically one of each type of taco and we split them up so we could try them all. Oh wow…. When they tout that they have the best tacos on the island… they most definitely are not kidding. Every one we tried was better than the next. After noshing down the tacos, guac, and pico, it was really nice to cool off in the swim up bar and enjoy another cocktail before we went on to the next spot. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone headed down to Punta Sur. Just to note on the people commenting about the scam artists the frequent this spot, we saw absolutely no such activity like this and our server was absolutely amazing and attentive. It seems like they are actively trying to work on this problem.

Great food. Snorkeling gear, single seater kayaks are all included with purchase of food of 300 pesos or more. Has adult and kiddie pools. All in all we spent a great few hours enjoying the calm water of Isla Mujeres here. Highly recommend the place!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Kin Ha Isla Mujeres. This place practices discriminatory pricing based on where you're from. When I arrived, I was told to pay 500 pesos upfront for beach access, with 400 pesos to be used as a credit in the restaurant. However, I met another couple of tourists who weren't charged anything in advance and only had to pay for what they ordered at the restaurant.
When I confronted the manager about this, asking why I had to pay 500 pesos upfront while others didn't, I was shocked by the response. The manager blatantly told me that it was because of the country I come from. Despite explaining that my food and drinks totaled less than 400 pesos, the manager refused to refund the difference and dismissively told me to continue my trip elsewhere.
This level of discrimination is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you value fair treatment, avoid Kin Ha Isla Mujeres.

Rip off tried to charge us 100 dollars just to sit down as a party of 15 we would have spent triple that at least found them quite arrogant
Wouldn't say the place was anything special anyway
Save your money go somewhere else.

Kin Ha, we can’t say enough about how much we love the staff, the pools, bar, food, views, snorkeling! We went to Kin Ha every day. We had breakfast each morning of our trip (8 morning), dinner twice and drinks at the swim up bar every day. Pablo and Tao became our Isla Family and we can’t wait to see them again in October for our next trip. Also, the women who just recently started as a server is so sweet.

A local told us about this spot in town, so we took the golf cart and headed out there. What a COOL spot! We have to eat and drink and then all the activities are free. Our 9 yr old was in HEAVEN. A pool with a water slide, kayaks, paddle boards, a hammock in the sea and a rope swing into the ocean! There was also live music and the band was fantastic. The only downer was that I ordered a few shots and they charged us the premium top shelf stuff without confirming. Other than that, the place is paradise.

Great place for a family, friends group or couples to spend a day! With 3 pools, bar, open and casual restaurant and lounge area all on the extended pier, everyone can find something for themselves. Drinks are delicious, they keep coming, food is fresh and tasty. Snorkeling is fun, especially around the pier! The fish just surround you there, smaller and bigger, just jump into the clear blue water and watch!! Kayaking, paddle boarding and volleyball will entertain those who like to be active. Bring your own snorkel gear or get one there.

Hi, does the park provide gear for snorkeling and life jackets?
thanks

Does the 450 pesos admission fee per person pay for all food & drinks while in the park?
Written February 6, 2020
No! $300 of the $450 went towards consumption. I’m betting they charge admission fee based on how busy they are and what time of year it is. You may not pay one! I went over the Holidays.
