Great place for a family, friends group or couples to spend a day! With 3 pools, bar, open and casual restaurant and lounge area all on the extended pier, everyone can find something for themselves. Drinks are delicious, they keep coming, food is fresh and tasty. Snorkeling is fun, especially around the pier! The fish just surround you there, smaller and bigger, just jump into the clear blue water and watch!! Kayaking, paddle boarding and volleyball will entertain those who like to be active. Bring your own snorkel gear or get one there.

We just returned from a trip to Isla. We were nervous to go because of beaches being closed but Kin Ha was a game changer! For only the price of consumption you have access to a pool with a swim up bar, kayaking, snorkeling, and paddle boards. It is also a great place to catch the sunset since the are open late on weekends. The staff there took great care of us and knew us by name. Our server Lalo was the best! He always made sure we had everything we needed or wanted and made us feel welcome! Even when he was super busy he made sure we were taken care of and worked with a smile! We ended up going to Kin Ha almost every day!

Visited this place while on visit on Isla Mujeres. The location is great, the food and service fantastic and amazing beach. Stayed the whole day. There is a pool if you don't like the beach (something that I doubt, since the water is crystal clean). Arrived in the morning in time for breakfast, really good. Then went down by the bar where the lounge chairs and umbrellas are located. There are many ways to enter the water. The property itself is appealing and well kept. My husband did jet ski, snorkel and kayaking - all really good. The price is very reasonable. We did breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner all for less than $4k MN or $200 USD. Definitely recommend this place for either a family outing or just couples... very nice.

The service here was terrible. We weren’t informed that the activities are only open until 5pm and when we weren’t able to participate, we asked for some form of compensation and the management was not willing to budge. They said it was our fault for not asking until when the activities are open. There was no room to sit. The food took an hour to arrive and they made a mistake with our order. When we arrived we were told we can’t bring in our water despite having a group member with a disability who showed her disability card. As customers we were highly disappointed. If you’re looking for other options, we spent a day at the amazonas beach a few minutes away and we spent 800 pesos for unlimited food and drinks, a lovely beach, wonderful service, and an overall wholesome experience.

Kin Ha, we can’t say enough about how much we love the staff, the pools, bar, food, views, snorkeling! We went to Kin Ha every day. We had breakfast each morning of our trip (8 morning), dinner twice and drinks at the swim up bar every day. Pablo and Tao became our Isla Family and we can’t wait to see them again in October for our next trip. Also, the women who just recently started as a server is so sweet.

A local told us about this spot in town, so we took the golf cart and headed out there. What a COOL spot! We have to eat and drink and then all the activities are free. Our 9 yr old was in HEAVEN. A pool with a water slide, kayaks, paddle boards, a hammock in the sea and a rope swing into the ocean! There was also live music and the band was fantastic. The only downer was that I ordered a few shots and they charged us the premium top shelf stuff without confirming. Other than that, the place is paradise.

This has been a favorite for the last 7 years since we started coming to Isla. This time we were with another couple that had not been here before so we wanted to show it off. We walked down past the bar and infinity pools and decided to sit on the lowest deck by the small bar down there. It was a beautiful day and multiple guests were swimming, playing on the Rave water raft, on the water mats, jumping from the dock and swinging off of the rope swing into the water at the end of the dock. I believe there is no charge for all of those items as long as you or group members are consuming. We ordered margaritas from the older bartender at the small lower deck bar and even though we seated around his bar he demanded immediate payment and would not let us start a tab as we have always done before (hence 3 stars and not four). Don't let this keep you from coming though as its an amazing property with infinity pools, SUP boards, kayaks, corn hole, often times live music, good drinks and decent food. All in all a very good place for any type of group to spend an afternoon.

Spent the day here. Arrived early wanting to make sure we got seats by the water. Walked in and no one around. So walked around until I found someone to tell me where to go for the parque. Charged me 300 pesos each, all goes towards food and drinks. I noticed the price kept changing for people who came in. Lots to do. Easy to spend a full day here. Found rays and urchins under the bridge. I didn’t think to bring id, I leave it locked in room, so they gave kids a hard time about using paddle boards. Had to give 500 deposit. When we were leaving no one had the key to get deposit back. Think they were hoping I’d say forget it. Definitely bring water shoes. Very hot dock and shallow water very slimy on bottom. Drinks and sandwich were delicious. Shrimp and lobster tacos were bad. Definitely worth the price for everything they offer as long as you aren’t over charged to walk in. If you go early you get the whole place to yourself. Then it turns into a huge party on land

We (family of 4 with two teens) came to Isla Mujeres on a day trip and had planned to have lunch and spend some time at Kin Ha. We arrived at noon on a Monday in November and it was already busy on the pier. There were no loungers and umbrellas left and the pool was pretty full. The patio bar service was good and the server apologized that he had no loungers to offer to us.

We decided to eat up in the restaurant area first before any activities. The view as well as the food and service was great - the fried octopus tacos were amazing!! So good!

We hung out in the water, used the swings, and went off the rope swing at the end of the dock. My teens were not fans of the seaweed on the ocean floor. Since there were no loungers left, pool was packed, and there is no beach, we did not stay as long as we would have liked. Recommend getting there before noon.

Entrance 500 pesos per person.(300 usable ) but the prices are insane .almost 10 dollar for a rum ... In México !!
Toilets dirty & Pool even stinks.
Guy at rental stand rude and not helpfull.
All paddleboards are Broken and not usable .snorkelgear comes without tube.
30 sunbeds for 200 guests.!!
And the surprise comes at the end .
They oblige you to give Minimum 15%tip.becouse they have no salary they say. This IS unaceptable . If you want to tío you give but they litteraly oblige you.
Don't go there .go ti the beach by drinks and food and hire a kayak and you Will save 1500 pesos this day .
