I have walked and ran the Malecon each day I’ve been on Isla. The thing I enjoyed about it is you have the sea breeze which helps to make the heat feel not so bad. I did notice there seems to be a lot of...More

This place has a lot of potential .... however the city doesn’t do much to bring it to Life. Only thing .. the isla mujeres sing in colorful letters brings tourist for a quick picture. At night it’s full of youngster drinking and smoking.

It is much cooler on the Malecon with the breeze coming off the Caribbean Sea. You will see people jogging there during the morning hours. We go early to hunt for sea glass. It is best to hunt for sea glass during low tide; however,...More

Just a nice place to walk and relax while looking out over the water. Nothing really else there to grab your attention

We did not get over there much but did take some walks there. The ocean is quite fierce on that side (atlantic?) of the island and it is a pretty walk.

Starts near Norte Beach and goes to the corner of the Naval Base. Wonderful caribbean views, windy and great.

The house we rented was on this walk. We met many interesting people while resting at our pool. Great for a walk, no cars.

Good views, especially before the crowds of the day. Good place for exercise. If you are a camera buff, you can get some great pictures at sunrise before the colors get washed out.
