Playa Norte is the best beach in Cancun!

The water is so crystal blue it chills the soul... rent a chair near one of the bars ($10 for the day) and you can use that as credit for buying food and drinks.

Soft white sand and a breathtaking view. Found a spot with a bar and restroom. Waist deep water 100yds out from shore. Worth the ferry ride over from Cancun. Relaxed environment for sure.

This may not hold for high season, but we loved this beach. We camped out at Chimbos for two of the three afternoons we were on the island. $200 pesos per day for lounges and umbrella. The water is so calm, no red flags to worry about. Lots of boats pull up to party at this beach. SUP, snorkel gear... More

I had never swam in such crystalline water before. The beach is really nice! The sunshades and deckchairs on the beach are a bit overpriced though.

On our way back from the whale shark spot, we stopped to eat some meXian delicacy on the north beach. It looked so pretty with powder white sands and emerald waters. They say it's the best beach on the Isle

Water is beautiful and clear. Lots of loud music and people. We happened to be there on the Mexican Independence Day. Might be different on a non-holiday day.

Best beach, don't tell anyone! We have stayed at an old Mexican hotel on North Beach for 30 years. Maria del Mar.

White sand, clear turquoise water, a jewel on the tiny island of women. Do NOT miss! Drink to your heart's content and float as drunk as you want in crystal clear water.

This island is so great and there's so many things to see I really recommend renting a golf cart and travelling the whole thing. But you could also just spend everyday right here.

The water is aqua and clear. You can walk out a very long ways to get to shoulder height water. The bottom is clean and clear of any weeds. Loved our time at this beach!
