We had a great time snorkeling with this company in Isla Mujeres. The attention was great, our snorkel guide very kind and enthusiastic! We had a blast!

Dove here while visiting Isla! I can never say enough good things! I emailed them with very specific requests regarding our dive. They totally accommodated my every request BUT MAINLY they responded to every email quickly and thoroughly. I attempted to reach 2 other dive shops here without the same exemplary service. While diving, my first since certification, I told... More

We went on a whale shark tour and did 10 dives with them and were very impressed with this small but wonderful shop, their position on TripAdvisor is not overrated. Enrique was our guide on the whale shark tour. He let a small number of snorkelers get in the water at a time so he could keep track of everyone... More

We have had great experiences at Casa Del Buceo dive shop, and we have gone snorkeling with them more than 8 times. We usually swim with Enrique, but this year he & his Captain were booked and we went out with Roberto.I was very happy as the Roberto and the captain were equally awesome, he made sure we were safe... Came with a group of six today and Enrique was our guide, with Jose as the boat driver. Enrique did a phenomenal job explaining everything and was extremely jovial throughout. The snorkel spots were all beautiful and the pictures our group took came out amazing. We definitely recommend Casa Del Buceo. They were even welcoming to me riding along for... More

I saw the museum from the top, via snorkeling and not diving. It the pictures it looks amazing and lots of sculptures, in reality its a few clusters of sculptures scattered without any reef or too much fish around, I wouldn't go there just for that.

The five of us got up early and went to Casa Del Buceo to begin our adventure. We were greeted by Pablo, our captain Jesus and our guide Enrique. Everyone was very professional and helpful picking out our gear and preparing us for the day. We had a quick hour ride out to where the whales were hanging out. We... More

We booked 2 separate private dive/snorkel trips with these guys. Both were awesome! We had our 4 year old with us who had just learned to snorkel the previous week while we were in Cozumel. Roberto was the snorkel guide on our first trip and he stayed with our son the whole time, and brought along a donut which worked... More

Had an amazing snorkeling experience here. Did the shorter 1.5 hour tour, but I wish I did the longer 2.5 hour tour. We saw so many fish and the water visibility was amazing. These guys do everything in their power to make sure you have a good time.

We loved everything about our snorkeling trip and getting there only added to the fun. We took short (lovely) ferry ride from Cancun's hotel zone to Isla Mujeres and a 5-minute cab ride to Casa del Buceo (right off the main road). The staff was very nice and the shop was very clean. They had a good variety of sizes... More
