We visited the park on July 19th 2021 and had a wonderful afternoon. Before visiting we read many of the reviews here and went in with our expectations managed, which I think helped us have such a good time. We were already staying on Isla Mujeres, and went for the afternoon only and got the associated discounted price. We didn’t try the food so I can’t comment on that, and only drank beers.
The location is gorgeous, beautiful plantings and landscaping. Views of the water and Cancun in the distance are gorgeous, and it was very clean during our visit. Ziplining was fun but not very adventurous, if a true canopy adventure is what you re looking for, this isn’t it. But we laughed and enjoyed the experience. We also loved the snorkeling but are not very experienced. We saw lots of fish, but agree with other reviews that there isn’t tremendous variety, but for us having a small school of fish swirling all around us we didn’t care it was just two species!
We spent some nice time just enjoying a drink and the view in chairs; and it was very easy to find comfortable chairs to sit in every where we went. The main store had every supply possible, and there are other snack areas and little cafe things we spotted but didn’t try.
Some downsides: There were definitely some stinky areas of the park, a toilet smell but the closer to the water the less noticeable it was. The bathrooms were basic and perfectly clean, but not fancy. I did like that we didn’t have to pay extra for lockers. The wait for zip lining was longer than we would have preferred and there are no flippers for the snorkeling.
I can see if a family paid full price, was expecting somewhat lux experiences, world class snorkeling, and was doing the early morning transport from Cancun the experience of the park might be somewhat underwhelming, but for us it was a lovely afternoon.

I had the best time here with Royal Garrafon!! The beach club has delicious buffet lunch and open bar. The zipline course had 3 different ziplines over the water and they made sure you were safe and secure. Definitely do the kayak and snorkel, unlinke the zipline that you can only do once, you can hop back in the water for snorkel or kayak as many times as your heart desires! The beach chairs and infinity pool were also such a dream. Protip, if you are travelling solo, or even with people, i highly recommend paying $40 upfront for unlimited photos. David, my photographer went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure i had the best pictures ever and got pictures of me during every single activity I did here. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Cancún and Isla Mujeres!

We went right at opening but the staff hadn’t started yet so we had to sit and wait. Just went to the vip lounge and had drinks. Once checked in we were informed that a few activities were cancelled for the day which was disappointing. They can’t control the weather I get that, it was just frustrating to pay so much to only do partial activities. We were only allowed to snorkel in a smaller roped off area and didn’t see any fish😔 zip lining was fun and the food was great. Staff memorized us and our drinks and when we walked to a bar they had our drinks in seconds!

Few times in my life I got cheated like in this place, don't go to this beach park, they charge $50 dollars per person which includes food and drink but actually it wouldn't be worth 5 dollars.
the only bar to get drinks is at the top of the hill , if you are at the pool , you have to go up a hill and then there will be a huge line , because there is only one barman , grumpy by the way .
you can only order 2 drinks at the same time and if one is water , there will only be one drink left , poor quality plastic cups , this is a joke !
The restaurant has a buffet with With Mexican food and little variety, I ended up eating a hamburger, all very tasteless and I felt like just a number in the crowd.

This place really sucks. My boyfriend and I paid for the VIP experience and it totally wasn’t worth it. When you get there at 11am, everything is closed. The bars, food stations, zip lining and snorkeling is all closed so you’re stuck hanging at the “beach”, which isn’t even a beach because there’s no access to it except when you do snorkeling (and that totally doesn’t count) The staff is incompetent. You ask them a question and they guide you elsewhere or give you the wrong information. They don’t explain anything to you. The drinks were also very weak. I ordered a margarita and I got lime juice with salt. Zip lining was very short and the snorkeling sucked... we saw nothing in the water but white sand. They enforce to give the staff tip but you’re already paying this ridiculous amount of money for a crappy experience. The amount of money they charge extra for the pictures was also ridiculous. Each employee gave us a totally different price. I would never go here again! We were overall very disappointed.

Paid for the royal VIP experience. Not worth the price. As mentioned by many other guests, the buffet is very mediocre and limited. Line was ridiculously long. The catch is that on the website they make it seem as since you are paying for the full royal VIP experience everything is included. HOWEVER, as I waited in line to eat from the “all inclusive” buffet, I was told that I would have to pay extra for the shrimp (??). Not many food options and that’s not even being a picky eater. There simply aren’t enough option for a so called “all inclusive buffet”. I asked for drinks and was told the waiter would come to my table. That did not happen. Let’s not mention how outrageously expensive it is to get pictures from your adventures since phones aren’t allowed (aka in the zip line area).
Also, it was extremely difficult to find shade. I get it, it’s a tropical place but you don’t want to be under the sun from basically 9am to 5:30pm.
I couldn’t wait to leave this place as the boat felt like taking forever to arrive.
Very disappointed and will not be recommending this place.

69$ for that place is a reap off.
After 1 pm is 49$ and still doesn’t worth it. Especially when taxis are 100 pesos each way (200 in total).
Bad service, everything is expensive, terrible food, cheap alcohol and the worst part is that the only swimming pool is full of seagulls swimmingand pooping in the pool and the crew do nothing.
If it’s a little windy they close the kayaks and snorkeling, which are the only good things to do there. No beach at all, just pool and coral reef.
The zip line is nice, but you are not allowed to take cameras. Why? So they could charge you with 50 dollars for 6-8 photos!!!!!!

Feel totally robbed and tricked. Did research on morning of visit and there was no mention that nothing is open before you go in. Not even able to walk along the footpaths as blocked with rubbish and debris. Toilets out of order so had to queue for 2 “vip” toilets which were filthy. We were told to leave the park and walk down the busy road to access the costal paths and ruins advertised…. We did this and it was free entry anyway. Food and drinks awful and watered down with one ignorant barman serving so really big queue. 3 hour wait for the steam hut. So basically paid full price for 5 adults and the only activity was one go on the zip wire which 2 of us were unable to do. When we complained the staff were very disrespectful and spoke in Spanish between themselves and we were told no one had ever complained before 👀. Everything you read on these terrible reviews is true wish we had read before we went 😞 Manager offered no apology or didn’t even care

Wow that was a terrible experience in almost every way. The food was inedible. And the staff were like pre-programmed robots. The swimming with the dolphin part was okay until the end. It was my 10 year old daughters first time & i paid $260 for the 2 of us and we’re told we’d get a photo included when we paid...then after being directed to various photo shoot ops. and the asked to pay $40-60 for just one photo! It was really insane. We paid a ridiculous amount of money for basically 45 minutes with 2 dolphins in a group. It just felt like a tourist trap in the most obvious way. No customer service or genuine care for anyone or their experience. Overall a terrible place on a really beautiful island. Not worth it. Wish we’d skipped this trap.

I would not recommend this. We had the Go City pass and it said we would get breakfast on board the boat and they did not. They only handed out drinks and didn't get to everyone and they were selling snacks as well. They also crammed us onto the boat which was not preferred. It felt like we were sardines in a can. Fernando was our main person and he didn't seem like he wanted to talk to us or for us to ask questions. They were not American friendly and it seemd liked we were bothering them when we asked questions and we often got ignored. It wasnt a great experience. Due to weather conditions we couldn't do kayaks. We tried snorkeling, but it was not ideal weather for that either. We did do the zip line and that was fun. We had the Royal Swim pass that let us have the VIP and the food wasn't good either.... we did pay for pictures, but it was really hard to find someone to take our pictures. If I were to come back here, I wouldn't. The view was beautiful, thats the only positive I really had.... every experience will be different. But this was ours.

Buenos días,
Quería saber si me pueden dar un consejo de como debo ir hacia el parque desde Grand Palladium Riviera Maya. Sé que me tengo que dirigir a Playa del Carmen, pero no sabría con que transporte puedo llegar hacia Cancun. Somos un grupo familiar de 10 personas. Muchas gracias!!
