This was a fun, chilled out day trip while on the island. It's fairly run down so don't expect pristine luxury (water a bit murky etc.), but the food and drinks are plentiful, the activities are fun and the location and view are just breathtaking. Lots of pools, bars and different lounge areas to enjoy the amazing views from, as... More

Garrafon was referred to us as the best snorkel spot on the island. I'm a bit spoiled by belize, but there was some fun stuff.... Good bit of coral and man-made structure. My friend swam with a huge ray and we spotted a lovely variety of fish. The staff was pleasant and the price was reasonable. They were also nice... More

Me and my partner visited Garrafon Natural Reef Park in June 2016, as part of a day trip with Thomson, we also did Dolphin Discovery for the first part of the day and this for the second. It was awesome, the weather was gorgeous. Zip-lining was so much fun! Went on that a few times, you zig-zag zip across the... More

We bought this excursion from the hotel without really understanding what it was. Turned out to be a nice day out of Cancun and the hotel. I would upgrade to VIP level for added comfort, better food and overall experience. Zip line was fun.

This was a great place for prople of all ages. It was my first time zip lining and had a great time. The youngr kids we were with had fun on a bungee jump "ride" and enjoyed the pool.

The place is amazingly biutiful, the people is kind and gentle. The food was not so good. Sadly there's almost no beach in the place. And the options to swim and snorkel is just a line. Nothing really exciting. Anyway time goes so fast that you almost blink and you're in the boat going home. I'll repeat it someday.

If you are not signed up for VIP section, don't go!! THe restrooms are awful, the food is horrible, pool is small and no place to lay out next to it, beach is rocky and no sand.

Snorkeling, Ziplined, kayaking....that's about it. It was along day. The food was horrible. We ate at the VIP lunch buffet. The waiter did not even come to our table at all. My husband got our drinks ourself. We signed up to swim with dolphins so we could leave the area. It was boring.

We visited Garrafon with Virgin Holidays as an organised trip. Fabulous Reef park. We had access to all areas which meant we were VIP Guests so could use all restaurants and bars free of charge. The park has kayaks, snorkelling equipment, Zip wire rides, swimming pools, sun lounge areas. We did the trip in combination with a Dolphin Swim which... More
