The congregation at Waves of Grace are a loving, fun group with such a heart for the Lord! If you're in Cozumel, I highly recommend you give them a visit!! We attended Sunday worship, then joined them for volleyball Tuesday (which happened to be our 31st anniversary!) and had a blast! Would LOVE to do some mission work with this church upon our next visit to Cozumel!!!!

We visited the Church in January 2015 while visiting Mexico. Due to the timing of the trip we didn't get to attend a service however we got to tour the facility, and got to spend some time with staff & volunteers of the church. They were amazing, and we look forward to a return visit, and being able to attend a service. I recommend anyone visiting Cozumel or living there to visit this Church.

Waves of Grace church has been a huge part of our lives for a few years now. We have been there with them through the highs and lows, been there when they've tried new things and we can not imagine our lives without this church! We've made a lot new friends (islanders and visitors). This church has done well with the American holidays, opening the doors to everyone that needs a place. Thanksgiving meals, Easter egg hunts, Christmas Eve dinner, they have just always had the doors open. I highly recommend this church to anyone looking.

This church is just starting up on the little island of Cozumel ,and it's absolutely incredible. They have services in English! The families leading the start up are so giving to others and so blessed. While on a trip to Cozumel last summer, this church took my group of 28 people all over the island. They gave us opportunities to see Chen Rio, took us snorkeling almost everyday, introduced us to some amazing restaurants such as King Burrito and the Famous Money Bar, took us on a boating trip to El Cielo, and so much more. They also had SO many opportunities for our group to volunteer for the less fortunate on the island... I know that's not usually what people look to do during trips, but it was so refreshing and satisfying to participate in something like this... We did everything from handing out food to people in Las Fincas to helping paint a local school. They have little half day excursions that people can just participate in, and it really gives you a sense of the local culture (not just the tourist areas) and allows you to meet locals! It was way awesome. Whether you'll be in Cozumel for a day, a week, a month, a year, or more I would definitely get in contact with this church!!
