We went to Punta Sur today and had a pretty good time. Saw a crocodile, climbed the light house and went to the beach. Because of the sea grass coming in though swimming was tough and they wouldn't let people snorkel. Still for 14 bucks, it was worth it, on a day without the sea grass, you can get good... More

We rented a jeep for the day and came here, good thing we did since the dirt road to the light house is a bit rough. Entrance to the park is $14usd/$8 for kids. The iconic feature of the park is the light house(Faro de Celarain), built in 1901, there's 127 steps to the top, and small red door you... More

That's definitely one of my favourite places in the island! The beach is indescriptible, beautiful, once there, you'll wish to stay there forever! A great place to go!

We stopped here to show our friend the ecological park. We saw crocodiles and birds, the boat ride in the lagoon was interesting and the guide informative. The beach was beautiful, the sandwich soft and the water was clean. We were very dissappointed with the restaurant. We ordered an appitzer plater to share and felt the little amount of food... More

We're so glad we drove to the park. It's stunning. Highly recommend the boat ride in the lagoon. Saw many crocodiles and varied birds. Snorkeling was great. A long swim out but the $3 rental life vests make it easy to swim all the way out and stay out to see the reef. This is a must see in Cozumel... More

We booked a jeep tour of Cozumel with Cucurumbe Tours. We had transfers to and from our hotel in Playa del Carmen and included the return Ferry trip. There are 4 people to a jeep, which you drive yourself (stick shift). It is a great way to see pretty much the whole island. With the main stops being the San... More

We have a great time there watching the crocodiles at the lagoon. The guide was very informative about the geography of the lagoons and the animals on it. The beach was great and the Papitos restaurant had very good tacos. The lighthouse have amazing views, be prepared to more than 100 steps.

We visited Punta Sur on our first full day in Cozumel. The weather was fabulous, and we had an excellent time. The only thing we missed out on was the boat tour, and that's because the boat filled up and left the dock before it's scheduled departure. So if you plan to take the boat tour, get there early. We... More

So relaxing. Beautiful white light. Easy snorkelling from shore. Long walks. Good food at the beach bar.

This is a quiet beach with a light house. It's beautiful with some history. The kids really liked it. The water is crystal clear, beach is clean. Great food at the restaurant on the beach. Hammocks. The light house has a great view from the top. There are some vendors selling local goods, but we didn't buy anything.
