We visited Punta Sur during a Jeep excursion we booked while our cruise ship was docked for the day. This Jeep excursion and visit to Punta Sur ended up being one of the highlights of our entire 7-day cruise! The Eco Beach Park is beautiful...More

We really enjoyed the park, however, we had a bad experience with pre buying the tickets. The employees had no idea how to deal with reservations. All other park customers were given wrist bands. We were not and were asked what we were doing without...More

We had a great time here! We were supposed to go snorkeling in this area but the water was very choppy that day so our guides took us to an alternate location. The Jeep Tour was loads of fun. We got to see iguanas crossing...More

We booked a private boat and they went the extra distance to get us here. It was well worth it. Normal tours don't go this far, particularly the tours of cruise ships.

We just came here for a visit this week, and it is just as great as I remember from the last time! Well we didn't make a visit to the crocodile area or the lighthouse this time, we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the beach!...More

This is a pristine eco-park where even the most photographed icon on Cozumel - the 'Southern Most Point' sign is recycled from a massive driftwood log that washed up on the beach. Climbing the lighthouse is easy and the views are amazing overlooking the crystal...More

Worth a stop to climb the lighthouse, walk around the rugged beach, check out the ruins, and maybe spot a croc in the lagoon.

Rented a car and drove around Cozumel Island. Our first stop was here at Punta Sur ecological park. This is on the south end of the island. Fee is $14 per person and you could spend all day there. First stop was the observation tower,...More

The lighthouse climb was fun. Beaches are beautiful. I did not see any Crocodiles at the crocodile swamp, disappointing. Boat ride did not go that day, disappointing too. So 14 dollars for entrance is little too pricey.

Even though it was rainy, Felipe and Carlos made sure to make our jeep tour amazing! I highly recommend this tour, especially with those two as guides! The lunch was just incredible, and we also ordered a delicious Pina colada and coco loco (a whole...More

Its about 35Km, so about 1 hour drive. You should book a tour or get the taxi driver to wait for you. I am not sure how you get a taxi from there back to the city if it is not per-arranaged.

Multiple choices for restaurant and bar. All are casual beach front Palapa style places. You can rent jeeps from many places in Cozumel: international rental car firms and many local operators. There are more jeeps on... More
