Playa Palancar is pretty nice - blue ocean and white sands. But it was so full that we could barely enjoy ourselves. It is loud, since it has music from all the bars and restaurants. It just wasn't pleasant.

We came here on a whim after an excursion didn't go so well. Other beach clubs were full. There's no entry fee. That means you're not guaranteed a covered area. But we did get a table under shade with four chairs near the beach. The service was spot on. The chips and fresh guacamole were amazing, the pina coladas were... More

Take a few hours to explore this wild beach, with beautiful turquoise waters, tiny surf and a cooling wind. Then try one of the local restaurants and have a great margarita or a Mexican meal . Totally worth it.

Friendly staff. The water is pretty clear. Not the best spot on the island by far, but still a nice place to visit for a drink. This is south of the island heading towards the lighthouse.

Very popular spot for families with children. Safe netted area for swimming and snorkeling, good food, and cold coconuts. The water is extraordinarily clean and pristine. Lots of parking space for cars and motos. Short drive from downtown Cozumel. Not ideal for people wanting secluded beach. Or people on tight budget. Recommended for families wanting to spend a full day... More

I spent a couple of hours on this deserted beach whilst Aldolpho finished training my sons to scuba dive. We arrived by boat and I saw only one other family who walked past, there is nothing there at all except the beautiful nature so make sure you bring your own water.

Starfishes covered the bottom of the sea floor. Snorkeling area was nice. The water was clear & not too deep. I would highly recommend a visit to this area.

We took a $25USD cab ride (1 to 4 people) from the cruise terminal to this beautiful beach. No fee at the beach other than to buy your beverages and food from them in exchange for chairs and some share of coconut trees. Beautiful beach for swimming and clean restrooms made this a great choice for uu.
