Punta Morena is a calm and quiet beach in the east side of the island farder away from the main cruise beaches,in our stablishment we have many ammenities such as: a seefood and mayan cousin restaurant, coktel drinks in the bar, massages, 3 pools (2 for children 1 for adults) big chairs on the beach, hammocks, a natural pool made between the rocks in the ocean (so its safe from big waves)and one of the best panoramic views to the caribbean ocean.

Been to the East side many times but this was our first time to Punta Morena & boy have we been missing out. This place has everything you need. Nice pool, swimming area & beach. Food was very good - be sure to try the quesadillas & enchiladas! It was not busy at all the day we went (Wed) &... More

This was our second stop on our way around the island, and we are super glad we stopped in. It was a Monday, early afternoon, and we had almost the whole place to ourselves for about two hours, two other couples. First we had a light lunch of nachos and drinks. The pico de gallo is to die for. And... More

Our time at this venue was limited because it was part of a day-long tour of Cozumel. But, based on our short visit, we made plans to return on our next trip to Cozumel. Even though the facilities are powered by solar panels and wind turbines, all of the conveniences are found. Included are a full-service restaurant with a bar,... More

salsa, pica...whatever you want to call it. To me it was pica and we absolutely LOVED it! Lunch here was a part of our excursion (beach buggy and snorkle tour) so anything outside of our "standard" meal and 2 beverages per person was extra. The meal was actually good and fresh but that pica was like none other. My husband... More

In 2001, I stopped at Punta Morena for the first time. I went in the water, as there were surfers and some other swimmers around. I got caught up in a cycle of heavy surf and undertow that prevented me from getting to shore. I was becoming exhausted, when the bartender/server, Javier, saw what was going on, grabbed a surfboard... More

We came here with the Bar Hop. We loved the scenery. The fish spa was something I always wanted to try and it was amazing.

Why isn't this #1? The beach is amazing! I could have spent hours here! One of my favorite and most memorable parts of Cozumel. Highly recommended!!

Went here as part of an all day dune buggy and snorkel excursion with Jorge from Cozumel Fun Excursions. Super cute beach resort. Had fish, chicken and beef tacos as part of our package. Extra charge for drinks, but very inexpensive. Mariachis serenaded our group during lunch. Wish we would have stayed here longer at the beach with comfy hammocks,... More

We stopped here for lunch on a recent round the island jeep trip. To start we were quickly taken to a table with a view to die for of the Caribbean Sea. Then we were served the most welcome cold beer I've had in a long time, probably as it was very very hot the day we visited. Food was... More
