Safe Tours Cozumel Snorkeling (3 Replies)
Yes, I know this is the Cancun forum..... We are staying in Cancun and looking for a snorkeling tour to Cozumel w/ transportation. I have been looking at Safe Tours Cozumel and they seem to have great overall reviews, just wondering if anyone can give any 1st hand information on the snorkeling in particular.

As they are based in Cozumel, I would assume they would hire a separate transfer company to transport you from Cancun to the Playa ferry terminal and charge you a little more Book them and then hire a reliable private transfer company yourself (e.g. USA or Canada Transfers) and save some money. Save even more $$ taking a ADO bus from Cancvun to Playa Reviews are here tripadvisor.ca/Attraction_Review-g150809-d34…
Tour companies, Tours Plaza or Safe Tours Cozumel? (8 Replies)
Are either of these companies better than the other? We are looking for a private driver for a 5hr excursion off the cruise ship. Both offer this option, and seem to get good reviews. Thanks for any info! Mel

Do not know Tours Plaza. I can recommend Safe Tours' owner Arturo Diaz, who is a good guy -- caring and accommodating. Judging by the number of times I've run into him at various providers and tour-origination locations, it seems that he oversees all business matters himself. He is fluent in English. He works hard, so it's nice to know that he receives good reviews.
Our Day on The Island (30 Replies)
We recently visited Cozumel while vacationing in Cancun. We pre-booked snorkeling through Arturo Diaz of Safe Tours Cozumel. Let me say it was the best day of our entire 8 day vacation. Mr. Diaz provides perfect, personal service and was a pure joy to work with. The snorkeling was great, transportation to and from Cancun was effortless and the price cannot be beat. Our trip included lunch at La Casa Mission and was fantastic. Mr. Diaz escorted us to the mission for lunch and even when back to...More
