I get a lot of massages and my son and I had therapists Karen and Cecilia. My son agreed with me that both of ours was one of the best ever! Had gotten a discount for two but gave it up to add to our tips because it would have been a sun not to! LOL. We came in from a Carnival ship so if anyone is asking in any ship, when you arrive at the Chankanaab, just go ahead and book at the entrance. You will be happy you did! Thank you ladies. Oh and we had a private cabana that included convenience in restrooms, showers, restaurants and included snack choices (we had a fruit plate and guacamole w/chips, your towels and snorkel gear. What a restful and beautiful time.

My wife and I booked an hour massage and it was great. We both agreed that it was the best massage we had ever had. Nancy and Cecilia were so nice and made the experience even more special by welcoming us with beautiful setup to help us celebrate our anniversary!
The package we purchased included all day entry and a drink package. It was a great deal and a wonderful addition to our cruise!

My husband and I were sitting on the beach in Chankanaab Beach Park. Two women asked if we would like a massage. No pressure. It so happened that we were on a cruise ship excursion and we really needed a massage after all the traveling we had done. We each had a massage and it was wonderfully relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Money well spent. Their names are Ceci and Jenni. I would definitely book that again.

We decided to spend the day at this park instead of going to any of the hotels or clubs that offer an all inclusive deal as we wanted something quiet. The massage was ok but it's terrible that the towels are not changed after each massage, which I find extremely gross. When we arrived they didn't know who we were even though we made a reservation online for a certain time. Also, even though it says couple massage there are 4 or 5 people having a massage at the same time under the same hut. I don't recommend this place or this park. If I am ever back to Cozumel I will not go back.

We had just arrived in Cozumel and we booked their 90 minutes home massage from Natural Spa. It was for 2 people and we had a great experience. Karen and Nancy, the 2 masseuses, came to our villa, they were very friendly and polite plus they gave us a great massage!

Cecilia and Jenny did our massage and omg it was the best message ever. Thank you so much.
I literally felt as sleep, it was that good.

We received a relaxing and deep tissue couples massage at Chankanaab in the spa near the ocean. Karen and Jadira were our masseuses. they were so kind and experienced. Definitely recommend coming for a relaxing time. Thank you Karen & Jadira :)

We visited Chankanaab Park to do the Dolphin swim while on the Oasis of the Seas cruise. After our dolphin swim we took some time to walk to beach of Chankanaab. Someone approached us with a sign for Natural Spa — a couples 30 minutes each massage for $60 USD. What a deal. Once we were at the straw hut type massage place, we opted for the 45 minutes each for $90. What a deal!!
The massage therapist were so nice and helpful, there were several comfy beds and she created some privacy for me so that I could pull my bathing suit down a bit to expose my full back. She kept me covered with a nice towel and I never felt uncomfortable. She was sure to brush all the sand off me also. The the massage started and it was amazing. I’ve had a lot of massages and this one was top notch. What an amazing atmosphere, the price was amazing and the massage fantastic! Do not miss!

Okay so I could have stayed on the massage bed for hours. I loved it. So relaxing and my therapist was gentle as requested and was attentive to my relaxtion.

I booked the massage on their website ahead of time and paid an $8 per person deposit to reserve a time for my mom and I. When we got there, they had no record of our reservation. They asked me for a paper to show proof of our reservation. Well, I didn't have one. So my mom and I stood there for atleast fifteen minutes while the lady made some phone calls. We were then taken to the massage tables. As we are laying there face down, she says, "My boss says to tell you it will be $159 for the two of you when we are done." I told her "No, it was $80 for the two of us and I already paid $16 deposit on my credit card." Well, the massages were wonderful and we were charged appropriately.
