My wife and I booked this as part of a shore excursion via RCCL. It was fun, and our guide Manuel was funny and energetic. As one who had never seen an agave plant, it was interesting to learn how the drink is made. The...More

We went there with high expectations.
The presentation was ok but the area was very small and not much interesting to see.
Tequila we tasted there was very, very good. Smooth and rich flavored.
We bought Regalo De Dios Tequila, extra anej, around 150$
Arrived and parked we were greeted at the entrance by our guide and got a history lesson on tequila and the benefits of 100% Agave tequila, we saw donkeys and several Agave plants large and small, the tour is educational as well as tasty

We booked this tour through the cruise line. There was a charge but included transportation, guide who facilitated the tasting and lunch.. it was fantastic! I learned that tasting tequila is a lot like tasting wine. The shop on sight had beautiful pottery, jewelry and other things that err by local artisans not the made in China you see in a lot of shops.
