Fantastic dive operation

My husband and I had an amazing time diving with Blue Dream last week. The staff was great - the young man who worked at the dive shop (whose name I can't spell), the dive master Jorge and the captain Jose. All of our dives were with Jorge, who was easily the most entertaining dive master we've ever encountered. Jorge selected the dives based on conditions and group experience, and each one was special. We appreciated the personalized attention and the focus on safety, in addition to the fun time on the boat and in the water. We'll definitely be back!

Great Dive Shop onsite between Playa Azul hotel and Westin hotel

We recently went diving with Blue Dream dive shop in Cozumel for a week in July. Their dive shop is located onsite at the Playa Azul hotel and right next door to the Westin so either place you stay all you have to do is conveniently walk to the end of the dock and hop on the dive boat. The staff and crew went above and beyond to make sure our dives and experience were great. They provided fresh fruit and water between dives. After you make your reservation be sure to email them with your experience level so that they can pair you up with people of similar scuba diving experience on your boat. We would definitely recommend and use Blue Dream Dive shop again and if you're lucky enough, I think it was Isiah's mom who treated us to her famous shredded beef tacos for lunch - outstanding!

Love this place!!! They treated us like family!
The team at Blue Dream is the best, most personal, and professional dive operation I’ve ever dealt with. Chris and Isaias are amazing - they and the rest of the team went above and beyond with the planning and accommodating of our large group requests which included 10 adults and 5 teenage kids. We had an amazing 3 days of instruction, diving and snorkeling. The main dive instructor (Jorge) and boat captain (Jose) were unbelievable! They were patient with the newer divers, extremely safe, charted new and exciting dives each day, and made the whole experience fun for everyone.
I can not recommend this dive shop enough. This was our 2nd time this year going there diving with Chris’ team and we are already planning our next trip back.

Awesome Dive Shop

Blue Dream Cozumel dive shop was phenomenal on so many levels. They were super relaxed, no giant rushes or pressure. My wife and I are experienced divers, and they let us do our thing while caring for the newer divers on the boat. Our 10 year old son also finished up his Jr. Scuba certification with them. This is the youngest a child can be certified, and they were extremely nurturing with him. Their dive site schedule was fluid and easy, not based on corporate regimentation like some other dive shops. They checked the weather every morning to see which sites would be best that day, and also listened to what the divers wanted to do. They always had surface interval snacks, and often one of the crew brought some awesome local homemade dish. At the end of the week we all felt like old friends. We had initially planned on staying at one of the posh southern resorts due to proximity to the major dive sites, but were turned off by the communications with the dive shop there. Ultimately the little bit longer boat rides from the north were extremely fun and relaxing. Regardless of your dive skill level, I highly recommend Blue Dream!

Dive with Blue Dream Cozumel!

This was my second dive trip to Coxumel. I spent all 8 days diving with Blue Dream Cozumel and I wouldn't have it any other way. Christine and her crew took care of everything including all of our equipment and providing snacks between dives. All we had to do was enjoy the diving!
Although the pandemic shut down was crushing for the economy, it allowed the coral reefs to recover and the Blue Dream team treated us to a fantastic underwater tour. We saw colorful coral along with the tropical fish as well as lobster, turtles and even sharks. Hang out with Chris and she'll guide you to find the teeny-tiny creatures (nudibranchs) that hide out in the coral reefs. We also tested our scuba skills with several passes of the swim-throughs along the walls of the reef.
If you are looking for a day (or a week) of diving in Cozumel, check out Blue Dream Cozumel. You won't be disappointed!

The whole staff at Blue Dream is fantastic! Jose and Chris are incredible dive masters. Simply the best service I’ve had in my 15 years of diving. They were kind, hilarious, and provided excellent service here in Cozumel. We’ve dove with them multiple times now, and we have never been disappointed in the sites they’ve taken us to. Blue Dream may be a small shop, but they provide a personable and affordable experience you don’t want to miss out on. Would absolutely rate 6 stars if possible.

Bluedream Cozumel is fantastic. I got my Open water and advanced Open water here, and the experience was amazing. David, our Dive Master was very knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly friendly. Bato, our boat captain, always had a smile on his face, was on time every day to pick us up, and helped with the gear. And finally, the manager Chris made sure we were taken care of and took some amazing pictures. If you come to Cozumel, I highly recommend Bluedream- you won’t be disappointed.

Great Dive and Snorkeling Spot in Cozumel!

We used Blue Dream for snorkeling not diving. The shop was awesome in accommodating us. The let us tag along on the boat with the divers. We rented snorkeling equipment through them for the week; it was a great deal! 10/10 would recommend them for any watersport activities.

Great little dive shop with plenty of loyal customers

I really liked diving with this shop. They were very accommodating, took small groups to very good dive sites, and the staff was very helpful and communicative via telephone and Whatsapp, especially Christi the owner/manager. I also noticed much of the clientele are repeat customers which says a lot about the shop. I really don’t have anything bad to say about my experience with Blue Dream. I only have two small recommendations that would put this operation at five stars in my opinion. First of all they don’t accept credit cards, which can drain your cash reserve if you’re doing multiple dives. I would have been willing to pay the extra 3-4% to be able to charge a few hundred dollars to my visa. The second recommendation would be to have a little better selection of drinks and/or snacks on the boat between dives. Otherwise, I was very pleased with everything and I definitely plan to be a repeat customer. Also, the location (Playa Azul) is great as well... you can have lunch and beers/mixed drinks after a morning dive with live music (open until 5 pm) in a small secluded beach area without the the usual crowd you might find at other beach resorts.

Terrific dive guides

Christine at Blue Dream Cozumel was recommended by a friend who dives a lot — and she and her team were terrific. My wife hadn’t dived in 20 years — Chris did a refresher, helped my wife rekindle her skills in a pool and then we did 5 dives over the next three days — and they were spectacular! We saw a massive eagle ray, turtles, lobsters, scorpion fish, etc! Also swam through massive coral structures. She was a terrific underwater tour guide. Her shop is just next door to the Westin and her pier is only 40 feet away — so no slogging gear long distances or waits to depart or return. We rented everything — had none of our own gear and everything worked as promised. For one of The deeper dives (80ish feet) she also brought an additional dive master — David — he was also an excellent guide through the formations. Chris and her shop made our vacation.
