We had a large group, 11 total, and they accommodated us easily. We not only had a great lesson on Kaokao and the history, but we made our own, from the bean to the final result. So good, and the tasting was great as well. Their products are delicious especially if you love dark chocolate. The staff were funny and... More

My friend and I planned in advance to visit this Chocolate tour, and we had a lot of fun .... learning about how the early Mayans would have made a Cacao drink by grinding the Cacao bean (Cocoa beans), and adding honey and spices. So glad we did... it was so interesting! You can either have a chocolate tasting (with... More

Excellent tour for family and adults. Great history and cultural lesson. Wonderful explanations. You make your own chocolate from scratch and take it home with you. You get to sample more chocolate then you expect. Kids loved it. The experience is just right on time - about 1 hours so an active 6 year old can handle it. Miguel (guide)... More

This is a great activity to do with the kids. Educational and fun! You get to see how chocolate is made and get to put your chef hat on (literally!) and make some chocolate to take home. The people there are really nice and friendly. They even helped me by calling a cab and looking out for it to come... More

The place was well decorated. Our guide was pleasant, helpful, and informative. It was fun and interesting to create our own chocolate patty. I plan on going again on my next visit to perfect my patty!!!

Three of us did the tour and we were the only guests which was fun. The chocolate is very good and the process was interesting. Our guide was a riot, but had a thick accent so was hard to understand at times. Overall great experience.

We went to the Factory as my girlfriend's loves your chocolate. We had a quick tour and taste testing and ended up buying my new favourite - chocolate cover cranberries and raisins. Amazing to see where the chocolate comes from and how it is made. Even to see the staff packaging by hand.
