It is a $15 taxi ride from the international pier and @$20 from downtown (both ways). It is worth it to us.

I have never been to Mr. Sancho's, but was VERY impressed with Nachi. Even with kids there (we had our niece and nephew with us), and a few other younger kids, it was very respectable, quiet, and relaxing. Beautiful scenery.
