We stopped for the Day in the port of Cozumel on the Princess Sky and the port was crowded with 5 other Cruise Ship. We went on line prior to our stop in Cozumel and came accross Nachi Cocom and liked the reviews we read and the fact that they only sell so many day passes. They kept to there advertised limits and the day was just wonderful. The admission gets you drinks and Lunch and my wife and I felt that it was a great Value. The Grounds had every thing you need for the Perfect Beach Get Away.
I took the Snorkeling adventure and it was just perfect , the Guys could have not been nicer. The same with getting a massage on the Beach , it was very good. Would Go back in a Heart Beat !! Keep up the Great Work Nachi Cocom

Great time at Nachi Cocom. Got off cruise ship and took a 15 min cab to resort for under $20. Beach was great and they had plenty of beach lounge chairs under tiki umbrellas waiting. Food was good and it’s all inclusive. It was a bit busy and the service was spotty because there weren’t enough attendants. If you wanted a drink, much easier to bypass the waiter and go to beach bar. Son had a 59 min massage for $50 and said it was fantastic. Snorkeling was okay but the reef is beyond their safety lines and they don’t allow you to go there due to boat traffic unless you sign up for the snorkel excursion for an additional cost.
I enjoyed Nachi Cocom and would recommend it and would have given a 5* if service was a bit better. I think this was due to the busy season.

Beautiful, quiet, white sand beach. We loved your location, natural umbrellas, pool, drinks and food. Our waiter was David and he was excellent!!!! (we only had $10 to tip him) The photographer lady did a great job too! Two of us got massages and they were wonderful, but we didn't have tip money for them.
WARNING: the glass bottom boat/snorkeling wanted cash and we weren't prepared to pay cash. We tried to just cancel, but they came back and said half cash and half on credit card plus charged us a credit card fee. The problem was that they took all our cash so we didn't have enough tip money. Then they wanted us to get moving 20 minutes before our scheduled time and we were trying to eat a snack. Next, it was suppose to be 1 1/2 hours but we were only out for an hour. The two workers on the boat were great, but the owner/manager of this part we weren't impressed with.
So, while we recommend the beach I would stay clear of the extras like snorkeling.

We arrived for our day at Nachi, we found chairs and waited for someone, anyone to come out. After a few minutes a man walked up the beach and said they were closed. I had paid our deposit for this day a month before. We were not notified of the closure and I’ve emailed twice requesting a refund, I’ve had no response. I understand times are difficult right now but you still need to returns someone’s money when you didn’t provide a service. By the way, the places looked great-pool, beach, water-all looked lovely.

First of all, receive our apologise for the inconveniences.
Due the temporary suspension of cruise voyages we have automatically cancelled all reservations with arrival between March 16th to May 11th, 2020. Our beach club will be closed during this period of time in order to carry out maintenance work and welcome to our guests again after May 11th, 2020.
We are aware of the actual situation and We will definitely refund the deposit. Please if you have sent an email with this request, avoid to send it again, We have had a high volume of emails with the same request and changes... Cancellations, refunds and reschedule for a future day: will be processed as soon as we can.
If you have not sent an email request, please send your request to our reservation department only at reservations@cozumelnachicocom.com
Once again, I am very sorry for the inconveniencies. We did the best to inform to all our guest that were programmed to visit Nachi Cocom, additionally We advised through our website and social networks.
We hope to see you at Nachi Cocom and be at your service in a near future.

Of all our years of cruising, this was the first and only horrible experience at an excursion! Arrived off the cruise ship, took a cab to Nachi Cocom Beach Club. Had a super nice lady greet us by taking our picture. She guided us to the bar area. We were the first ones there. I explained to her that I had a balance to pay, she said the lady wasn't there yet, and she would come get us when she arrived. 2/4 of our party wanted to sit at beach, 2 wanted the pool side. we put our towels on 2 beach chairs and 2 at pool side. We got in the pool for a bit. A worker(man) come and told us we had to decide whether we wanted to sit by the pool or by the beach, that we couldn't have both...?? I noticed a lady by the bar taking money, so we stood in line, I gave her my card and my paper reservation, the other two people in our party had their reservations on their phone, but didn't have wifi to show their reservation number. The lady was very agitated and shoved us to the side, pointed to a table and told us to sit. We sat for a period of time and watched her try to check in other people that also had their confirmations on their phone that were also unable to pull it up due to no wifi. I asked her for my card back, we walked out, got a cab to Mr Sancho's right next door and had a great time! Service, food, scenery and activities were amazing! Mr. Sanchos and his daughter greeted us personally with a "welcome and thank you for coming to Mr Sanchos" !

First of all, I am very sorry for the experience you had during your visit. We appreciate your review because this allow us to see what point we have to improve, I am very sorry that your visit in our facility was not as you hoped.
At the end of the booking proccess we ask to our guest to imprint their confirmation number, becuase is the best and faster way to make a check in at our facilties (especially if there is no internet, which is rare when we don't have internet, frequently we have it). Anyway, we are sorry to be late to finish the check in this process with your group.
On the other hand, in regards the are what you wish to be sit, it's ok if you are in the pool or beach, the waiter only wanted to ubicate your table in order to have a control with the bill with all the guest in that day, in order to avoid confusion, they have listed the different tables , palapas in the beach area and umbrellas around pool area (it is just for a control of our staff), we are sorry for that inconvenient.
I hope you give us another opportunity in a future, however we respect your decision.

We brought a group of friends to Nachi Cocom for the day, arrived at 9:00 local time, that way we could pick our spot for the day. Bar service begins at 10:00 local time. Snorkeling was good, but conditions on the day we arrived did cause the water to be stirred up a bit, so snorkeling quality declined by the afternoon, but that is no fault of the resort. Food was excellent, service was excellent! Will definitely return!

I can’t say enough nice things about Nachi Cocom. The beach was very clean. The current changed later in the day and washed some seaweed in, but that’s nature. There’s nothing that Nachi could do to prevent that. The only issue I had was that we were down wind from some guys who were smoking. Cigarette smoke was not what I wanted to breathe in while on the beach, but my husband didn’t want to move from where we were, so I just went out into the ocean while they smoked. I went there on the recommendation of my brother who said that Nachi is his favorite beach on Cozumel. The service from the staff was superb. I felt bad for our waiter because he was having to serve us and other people who were at opposite ends of the beach, but he kept the drinks and food coming the entire day. My daughter got a jellyfish sting while we were snorkeling and our waiter was kind enough to get us some vinegar to pour on the sting.
David, the owner of the snorkeling excursion set it up for my daughter and I to go on our first snorkeling adventure. I’m disabled and have a hard time staying steady on a rocking boat, but the guys who took us were very helpful to me and held onto me as I maneuvered about the boat in order to get into the water. Once we got into the water, even though we’re both great swimmers, we were a little scared. Our guide had a life preserver for us to hold onto as he pulled us along and showed us eagle rays, a sea turtle and tons of fish. It really was beautiful.
However, my absolute best review I can give Nachi Cocom was for how serious they took an incident that occurred. As soon as we arrived at Nachi Cocom, we were welcomed by a sweet lady who took an arrival photo of our family. As soon as she took the photo, I realized I had left my IPhone 13 Pro Max in a case along with my drivers license and sail & sign card for my cruise ship in the back of the cab that had already driven off. I instantly panicked. The lady who took the photo asked me for my cab number, but I didn’t know it. So she took me to Javier and explained to him the situation and told him that my cab was 3 cabs before the last cab number that had dropped off the most recent arrivals. Javier got on the phone/radio immediately to the cab company trying to track down the cab that my family had arrived in. While I was nervously waiting to hear if they had been able to find the cab, our waiter was very good about keeping the drinks coming so that I could calm down. After about an hour, Javier came to me and told me that they found the cab, my phone and belongings were still in the back seat, and the driver was on his way back to Nachi. The staff at Nachi went above and beyond to ensure that I remained calm so that I could hopefully still enjoy my time there while they did what they could to recover my belongings. I’m so grateful to them for not just brushing me off and for making me feel like it was very important to them to recover the items I left in the cab and that I had a great time while at their beach. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m in Cozumel!

Like so many others, we were beyond excited to visit this highly recommended beach club. I have a feeling the place really is great - unless you need a refund due to the ship not arriving!
As soon as the ports closed, I emailed requesting a refund, and noting that I am sure they are slammed with requests. I did receive 1 response within a few days.
An entire MONTH passed, so I followed up. I have not followed up no less than 3 times, it has been a month and a half since my initial request for a refund - and ZERO response.
I even asked politely for the professionalism of at least a response with a date that I can expect my refund!
Crickets!
Their own website states that deposits are refunded if the stops do not dock. This is completely unprofessional and quite frankly, unacceptable.

I was excited to visit however due to Covid the cruise got cancelled and Nachi Cocom closed their facility. I have e-mailed them on numerous occasions and although they say they are working on it, it has now been 5 months and still no refund. I would never trust them to do business in the future given how they have handled this situation.

We have enjoyed Nachi several times in the past when cruising to Cozumel. It has often been our favorite part of cruising.
But now...
We had a cruise booked in 2020 when everything shut down and had a reservation at Nachi Cocom. We requested a refund of our deposit several times and never received it.
Now in June 2022 we just reserved for our upcoming cruise stop in Cozumel Nachi Cocom and of course our cruise line changed the date that we'll be in Cozumel by 2 days. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Nachi Cocom to change our reservation date and have gotten zero response!
What's up Nachi Cocom? How do we get in touch? I've tried emailing and calling multiple times and can't get in touch.
But now...

First of all, we are very sorry for all the incovenients in the past due the deposit, refund and for the late reply.
We recieve many emails every day in regards reservations, changes, cancelations etc. I am sure you did receive a late reply. We apologize for that. In regards the refund, it was a very long process due the number of refunds we had to do, however, we had the option to move the deposit for another visit at Nachi Cocom in 2021-2022.I hope your reservation was saved.

Is anyone else having issues with Nachi Cocum not replying to e-mails or phone calls? And if so, did anyone get through and how were you able to do so? I booked a reservation for 2 people in April and did not know if reservation was accepted as there was not any acknowledgement from the site, so I made another reservation for 2 people for the same date, I checked my credit card charges online a few days later and noticed my credit card was billed $ 24 twice for the deposit. Am currently wondering if I made the right decision to book a day pass at Nachi Cocum due to the problems I have been experiencing. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated, as it is very unprofessional for an operating business to not reply to multiple e-mails or to answer to the telephone (or even being able to leave a voice message). Thank you very much.

I guess it depends on how you want to spend the day. We brought friends last year who have been to Mr. Sanchos. They liked it but thought Nachi was nicer for our group that was just adults.
