I/ WE really enjoyed our tour guide (IDA) we were her celebrities. Anytime I come back I have to have her she danced, laughed joked and made us feel welcome. I also and enjoyed the scenery. 1 thing I would recommend is more activities as a group on the island also more music. Overall I really enjoyed myself.

A fabulous excursion during the times of COVID. They picked-up our group from the Disney cruise and kept us distanced from other groups so that we could maintain our 'bubble.' All crew and staff was masked throughout. And the island itself was relaxing and fun! Once on the island, we were able to be unmasked because they were so great about maintaining our bubble until our arrival, which is what made it so enjoyable. They had activities for the kids and the lunch was delicious. No one got sick even with ice in our drinks. Loved it all!

This is one of the best excursions I have done! We first met momma Ida at the pier. I say momma because she took care of us from start to finish. And she did it wonderfully. Henry was an amazing crew member. He made sure we had the right life jacket and that we were strapped in the seatbelt correctly after helping us safely into the boat. Luis was the boat driver and he made sure we had the best time on the way to the island and then again back to the pier. The island itself is paradise. Plenty of room to relax on the beach as well as hammocks in the ocean. They made sure to take pics as everyone arrived. The meal is good but the guacamole specifically is the best I’ve ever had. This was my second time to Pasion Island and the guacamole is literally on of the reasons I wanted to go back! It’s beautiful and clean. We also saw iguanas, hermit crabs and the local friendly raccoons. They have restrooms, changing rooms and lockers as well as a few local stores to check out. I recommend this highly. Pictures don’t do it justice. The prettiest water I’ve ever seen. And if you can request Ida, Henry and Luis …. Do it! You will be glad you did.

This was the only regret we had on our 8 day stay in Cozumel. We were most excited for our visit to Isla Pasion and it was the biggest let down. We were not on a cruise so our experience was likely different from most.

There was a long, adventurous drive down a dirt road with giant holes filled with water. Fortunately, we had a jeep so the drive was pretty fun. Any other kind of vehicle would have been in big trouble on that drive.

We make it to the parking lot and are greeted by a half dozen raccoons begging for food. That was cute and fun though I learned the next day on a different excursion that many of them are rabid so it may not have been such a good idea for the encounter!

A man sits by the dock and asks us if we want just the boat ride or the full access. We ask about the difference and he says for $10 per person you get a ride over to the island but if you pay $65 per person you get the ride and a buffet and drinks. $260 was a bit too much for the unknown and our kids don't drink so we opted for just the boat ride.

The captain drops us off and says he'll come get us in a couple of hours. He says we must stay on this side of the island and cannot go to where the activities are no matter what! Where we were dropped off was loaded with litter. Beer cans, plastic tubs, lids, and my personal favorite...tampon applicators. We were supposed to stay here for hours? No thanks. We walked around the corner and were met aggressively by a guy who says we weren't supposed to be there. He says we cannot walk around the island and we cannot order drinks, we cannot order food. He went further to say that since we did not pay to be there, we could not even take photos. We could see cruise ship people who looked like miserable zombies just waiting to be told where to go next. The guy then said the club was only open for another 20 or 30 minutes anyway and we should come back tomorrow. So, if we would have paid $260 we would have had access for 30 minutes? Crazy.

We crossed the line anyway and sat on the beach for two hours. Made our way back on the boat and moved on to much better activities on the amazing island of Cozumel.

My personal recommendation for both a beach club by day and a fantastic dinner experience at night is Buccanos. I promise it's a better experience than this one.

We went to island from a Carnival cruise. It was sold as all inclusive experience. When we arrive the only alcohol at the “included bars” was vodka. There was only enough vodka for 1 drink then they had 1 type of beer or soft drinks. There was a cash bar that had a fully stocked bar with all alcohol. They would sell us alcohol but they were completely out of stock on the inclusive included bars. The food was cold and tasteless. The staff seemed more concerned with running as many people as possible through or selling us photos or other items for sale in the shops. We were told there were inflatables and water toys, there were not any. I’ve been here before and it was a great experience. I don’t know if it’s new owners or just poor management but I will not return or recommend to anyone.

If I could give it a zero I would. 50 minute ride out and an hour back with no water on the boat This was an all inclusive tour offered on Carnival. The buffet was cold and quite honestly nasty except for excellent guacamole. The all inclusive drinks are Dixie cups of various rum punches and one type of beer. If you want a frozen drink such as a margarita it is $8 for a Dixie cup. For many this might not be a problem but for our group it was highly disappointing. Tour guide said we were the first people ever disappointed. My final complaint was their constant begging for tips. Tips are earned for service. My advice is go to Mr Sancho's. Cheaper and truly all inclusive while ordering from a menu.

We did Isla Pasion on our own by renting our own jeep to get to the ferry and taking the ferry over to the island. Our experience was just wonderful. There were only a handful of other families on the island during our ~3 hours there which made it nice during COVID to not worry about crowds. The beach is just STUNNING. They have beautiful white sand, palm trees, hammocks, swings, beach chairs, and a delicious restaurant with excellent service. I believe his name was Luis would be ready to take our order for another drink whenever we finished one and they even brought a table and chairs over to our spot in the sand so that we could eat our food on the beach instead of at the restaurant. I cannot recommend enough a visit to this island. This was a highlight of my trip to Cozumel!!

My family (group of 8 / ages 18 – 60) did this as a cruise excursion on December 26, 2021. If this excursion is available, don’t wait to book it. We had a wonderful time. Leo and Phillipe met us at the dock in Cozumel. We took a 45-minute boat ride to the island and spent the rest of the time in the secluded area. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They provided endless sodas and adult drinks. The food started with fresh chips and guacamole or Pico de Gallo. Ivan cooked an abundant amount of chorizo, chicken, beef, and sausage for a fabulous lunch. There was an air conditioned area in the house as well as a bathroom for our use. The beach had been cleared of seaweed and we had a restricted area to enjoy by ourselves. I would absolutely do this again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, private, relaxing time. Also, a plus for one of my family members was that all the food was gluten free.

We booked the Twister Boat excursion to Isla Pasion through Carnival shore excursions. Finding our excursion group was easy and organizing to board our boat was very quick. Our group had our own specific excursion guide, and we always felt safe. The twister boat ride was exhilarating. We were advised that we would get wet on the ride. And we did. The private beach and adjacent grounds are huge. There were plenty of beach loungers with many tables and chairs as well. Hammocks in and out of the water were also available. Organized contests were also available for those that wanted a little more than sand and sea. Could the water be clearer? Could the drinks have been stronger? Could the food have more variety? Yes, to all of those, but we weren't expecting top shelf cocktails and 5-star cuisine. These observations didn't take away from the opportunity to kick back and just chill in the tropics for several hours on a gorgeous white sand beach. We'd do it again.

Hired private boat with friends because their tours are expensive..they would take a huge group and herd you like cattle off land on boat.snap pics when you get off and charge you 25 bucks to buy only let you stay couple hrs..too expensive.
On other hand we took a private boat but they dont let you dock on pier so we had to wade in.island is breathtaking but they have a gold mine and know it. Moneymaker at best
