Relaxing nice place with good snorkeling

This is a pretty nice place with good snorkeling. Saw squid, eagle rays, baracuda, many trumpet fish etc. The food was more expensive than what I was used to in Playa del Carmen... read more

Every time we are in Cozumel we always make a stop here. Great atmosphere and away from the crazy crowds that you find most places. Have lunch, a drink and relax.

We spent a glorious day snorkelling. It was easy to get to - $13 taxi For 2. Even though the driver tried to take us further up the beach, we insisted to go to the corona beach club and were not disappointed. It was like swimming in an aquarium- saw lots of fish and jelly fish and a huge barracuda!... More

I was on the Norwegian Jade and 12 of us (6 adults, 6 kids) took a minivan cab to Playa Corona. We paid $35 each way, or $3 a piece (which is less then what is posted at the port... this is Mexico, negotiate for the best price). This is an inexpensive, "laid back" place with plenty of covered tables... More

This is a pretty nice place with good snorkeling. Saw squid, eagle rays, baracuda, many trumpet fish etc. The food was more expensive than what I was used to in Playa del Carmen about 50% but not out of line too much. I mean it is an island. You can easily get a cab there for 120 pesos and they... More

Close to cruise terminal, about a $13 taxi/cab ride. Our taxi driver warned us and suggested another location up the road, but we figured we would give it a shot. This place is a dump! Stray/random dogs running around (be careful where you step). They had DIY tables set up for so-called "massages" as well as so-called "hammocks" (a sheet... More

We ahve visited this quite beach many times. The snorkeling is excellent, food very good and service acceptable. No pushing for food or drinks. sit back and relax, enjoy the water. Close to cruise terminal.

This a great spot to escape the cruise ship crowds. Although the reef is not in great shape, we saw alot of fish and plenty of soft corals. Food here is good, try the shrimp and fish ceviche. Beers are cold. Hammocks strung up under the coconut palms. Good vibes!

We went offshore snorkeling in plays corona, according to lime local and web recommendations. I guess it all what you expect for.. The water are clear and the are some nice fish , but it's nothing like other sites in the Red Sea

You can walk in off the shore for great snorkelling, or just buy a cold drink and you can use the beach clubs chairs. Enjoy lunch, chill out of the heat when you aren't swimming or snorkelling. A great way to spend the day

Cruise ship passengers are taken elsewhere to spend the day so this beach bar is perfect for travellers who seek a quiet afternoon. We were disappointed in the caliber of snorkelling - coral was wiped out by a hurricane and the fish are absent. But, we had the very best guacamole with our nachos! And the Corona's were ice cold...
