We did a custom tour of the Island for the block price where you can add extra time if you want, Sergio was Awesome, We discussed what we wanted to do and were we wanted to go. WE went to the other side of the island and stopped a few spots for great pictures. We stopped at small Bar and had great drinks and Salsa. We explored town some and drove to some really quiet places giving us a unique perspective of live on the island. The tourist industry, especially the cruise lines there is the livelihood and Covid hit them Hard. We felt safe at all times and felt like we were part of a family with our tour Guide. He even stopped and let us do a little shopping for our Hotel room.

We chose a tour with four of us in our own jeep following our guide, Jerry. He gave us several options of where we could stop and what to see. Jerry was very accommodating and made sure we had a cooler full of water and beer. He was very informed about Cozumel as he was born there and has lived there all his life. Every question was answered with great detail. We got to spend time on the beach at Punta Sur and had a great lunch. Overall, we felt very safe and enjoyed it all. Especially since we had such a great guide who was attentive to all our requests and made sure we had a great time. No COVID concerns at all. Lots of hand sanitizer and masks.

Best tour! We enjoyed walking around the market...amazing how fresh the meats are... they literally cleaned the fish and chicken while we watched... the Marisol explained how to buy and look for the best vegetables. Marisol and Kevin were more than willing to answer all our questions and let us look around. Then stopped at a place that made the fresh tortillas and explained how they made them. First thing made was the Marquitas....my husband thought they were the best on the island and he had his share.... they even brought me Diet Coke and Rum since I’m limited on what I drink. With lots of laughs and entertainment we had the best salsa, guacamole, pico, chips, chicken fajitas and pan fried fish. We opted out of the rice and beans. Marisol was good about explaining each step and we think we can make it here at home. A real Mexican family feast with lots of laughs. I have new friends for life. Personally I am on limited diet and they were real caring and made sure I could eat everything prepared. For a real life Mexican family dinner this is the best!!!!
