I just returned from Cozumel with family and one of the cousins required a motorized scooter. This sent me into a panic as she waited 6 days prior to our departure to inform me of this. However, after doing a search of the internet I came across Mobilitrip and I am happy to report that the scooter was reserved without issue.
The scooter was dropped off at the resort and picked it up the morning of our departure. The cousin stated that she received a reasonable daily rate and she did not have any complaints about the scooter as it got her to the beach and family dinners.

My husband needed a mobility scooter for a few days while we were staying in a condo near town. Emire answered my phone call right away and also answered my questions about prices, availability, etc. Luis came out to the condo to deliver the scooter the next morning and quickly showed us how to operate and maneuver the scooter, and then we were ready to visit several nearby restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend Mobilitrip for anyone that has mobility issues while visiting Cozumel and needs some help getting around the town.

We worked with Louis and he took care of everything. Mobile scooter was there when we arrived and picked up in a timely manner.
I was so please we did not have to miss a trip due to my husband not being able to walk far.

When in Cozumel for 4 days, I rented a 3-wheel mobility scooter from Mobilitrip for my wife to be used to get from our condo to downtown San Miguel and back (about a mile). The scooter functioned well, despite the challenges of navigating some of the town's rough sidewalks. Communication with Emire Lopez and her associates at Mobilitrip was excellent. They were prompt in replying to my questions via email and telephone. I received detailed instructions on how to operate the scooter when they dropped it off at our condo's doorstep. This is a small but very professional business that takes customer service seriously. I recommend them without reservation.

I rented a beach wheelchair for my stay in Cozumel. From start to finish the process was very easy, there was always someone available either via email or phone, and the booking process was very user-friendly. The wheelchair was delivered and picked up from my hotel as discussed. Additionally working with Luis was easy and a very positive experience. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. It made my vacation a lot more fun.
