Jeorge was our guide and very informative. It was very hot and there is not much shade. Still all in all it was an amazing place and unreal. Pros: amazing site. Comfortable bus. Cool towel when we got back to the bus. Cons: We were told we would have an earpiece to hear Jeorge our guide but we were not... More

What a great way to visit these areas. It was a long day though (12 hours) but well worth it. The tour guide Rex and bartender Maria were great. And we couldn't have done it without the bus driver Jose?(cant remember). Rex was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and a native Maya who grew up in Chichen Itza. We were given food... More

When our family booked a trip to Cancun, since it was our first time to the area, we all knew we wanted to see the legendary ruins of Chichen Itza, which lies about three to four hours away from the main hotel zone of Cancun in the heart of the Yucutan peninsula. We wanted to learn more about one of... More

Manuel, Juan and Victor did a great job leading our tour and clearly had the knowledge and expertise to lead us. Everything was top-rate from the clean, air-conditioned bus with plenty of beverages to satisfy our thirst on this hot July day and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended! A+A+A+

We were picked up at out hotel at 7 am and taken to the headquarters where we waited until 8:30 to leave. First stop the fake Mayan village (I think they owned it) to shop. A real waste of my time with items you can buy elsewhere for a more expensive price. Next stop the "pristine cenote". Not! So many... More

Dear visitor, It is a shame we didn't fulfill your expectations on this Xichen tour. The cenote is a natural area, what appears to be cloudy or dirty water isn´t pollution, is just a natural phenomenon called halocline. We really appreciate your opinion, especially for the high detail in your feedback and for your constructive approximation to the theme. In... More

Xichen Itza is hands down the best ruins to visit in the area, an entire city's worth of ancient buildings to see. Our guides, Manuel and Ricardo, had a lot of very interesting information to share and were always happy to answer questions. You could tell they really enjoyed what they do. They separated us into English and Spanish groups... More

Well worth it, very enjoyable and informative day, especially if Sergio is your guide, he was an expert on all things Mayan and makes great Tequila sunrises too.
