We booked this tour on a whim and it was PERFECT!!! Friendly staff helps you learn how to operate the speedboat and then guide you through a fun ride from the lagoon out into the ocean for snorkeling. Once there you are free to snorkel in peace for quite a while and see beautiful fish and interesting underwater statues. We had a blast!!!! Totally recommend!

We really enjoyed our 2 stop snorkeling tour with Danielle and Anouk. We did Andrea and Klein Bonaire. Both were really great. Refreshing local drinks and water provided. We were picked up at the cruise port as we came in and even though we couldn't book online successfully, he took our booking and trusted us to pay cash in person.He has a max of 10 persons per tour so boat was roomy and attention was personal. Highly recommend.

My wife and I booked the sunset dinner cruise on the Columbus August 26, 2021.
The cruise was fantastic, the crew and food excellent and the entertainment(sax player) was awesome.
The crew was very attentive and we were able to enjoy a great dinner, nice sunset and dancing on deck.
I would recommend them for a nice, romantic dinner cruise.

We bought this tour because we have done one like it before. .it was great besides the 3 hour sit and wait at the dolphin swimming place. .3 hours wasted just sitting there . They really should take people back who don’t want to swim .
The guys were good but also nobody every has change so we could not leave a tip .
They acted mad as well because we did run out of money. .they should have let you snorkel longer . We were gone from 8:20 to 7:30 at night . I advise to rent a ferry ride and bring your own snorkel gear if you want yo visit isla or go in a smaller group setting . I felt like they tried to suck you in to swim with the dolphins.

Really unprofessional business.. We booked a jungle boat tour online through their website, and took a $20 taxi the next day for our appointment. When we arrived, they casually told us all the tours are cancelled and we can schedule another day. When I asked why they wouldn't tell us ahead of time when they have our contact info, they said it was the travel agency's fault. When I showed the reservation was made through THEIR website, he shrugged and said too bad. It was a fight to get a refund from these morons since they kept insisting on booking a different day.. why would I give you guys another chance when you already wasted our time and money?

We went on a scuba diving tour as well as The Yellow Submarine.
The yellow submarine was really “meh” as it didn’t go to any fine reefs and therefore no really colorful fish were to be seen. No octopus, eels, barracuda, sharks, rays etc.
1 small turtle.
Really a waste of money.
The scuba diving was also disappointing as we went out with a group of 12. We were told there would be no more than 6 or 8. The experienced divers had to wait almost 1 hour while an inexperienced group of 6 went through a practice schedule in the water by a shallow beach first!
Misleading and they should have sent a different boat with the other group.
The guys were helpful but just too crowded.

Good morning dear sir, I will be very grateful to you to specify the tour that you did since in Marina Aquatuors we do not have the diving tour or the yellow submarine tour, perhaps you have made a mistake and for that reason I ask you to clarify about it, in Marina Aquatours we have the jungle tour for when you like to come and enjoy our services, greetings!

Total scam. They will tell you that you will be able to scuba dive a few days in advance but when that day comes, the water is too choppy and the dive is canceled. The day of our dive we were supposed to arrive at the center at 7:30AM. We arrived then they promptly told us that the dives were canceled that day. So not only did we have to pay $120 for the pool “lesson” plus $20 tip, we also wasted $20 in cab fare going to the facility when they could have called/emailed us to say the dive was canceled ahead of time. Never wasting my money with Aquatours again!

Tour guide was reckless in consideration of the lagoon’s high wind and surf conditions. Tour guide never slowed or looked back to check in with the group. We were severely battered about and blinded by the salt spray. My wife was terrified and we could not wait to get off the boat.
The tour guide laughed off our concerns and management did not respond to our complaints.
I recommend interested parties go to AquaWorld for this type of tour. The have newer equipment and more thoughtful tour guides.

Really cool experience. Catamaran no 9 - lovely staff. The island is really beautiful and the sea is incredible. Take your waterproof phone case to take pics when snorkeling - there's an underwater museum. Paying for the pictures with dolphins is totally worth it! Enjoy!

Fabio, our guide for the day, deserves a raise! He is really an excellent guide and he really knew how to put the party on the catamaran to Isla Mujeres. The diving part was a bit chaotic at first but I highly recommend it. I also really enjoyed the Dolphin Discovery on Isla Mujeres at the end of the day. It was like enjoying an all-inclusive hotel with free food and drinks. I really enjoyed my catamaran experience!
