Me and my boyfriend did the 4x1 tour and it was more than we expected. We got the plus tour without knowing ha, they should explain this when purchasing, and maybe separate classics and plus to not make people feel bad. But Paco,Hector and the driver were great super nice. In this tour they really take care of you, one of the best tours ive been on! Definitely do it, bring towels, sneakers, flip flops, wear the bathing suit under your clothes

Had a great experience visiting Tulum and the Cenote.
Swimming in the Cenote was definitely a highlight and unique experience.
Great guide Lee was friendly and helpful throughout the day.

Esther and Eduardo were amazing hosts. Two different ruin sites, an amazing cenote, all finished with a lovely cacao experience and mole chicken dinner. We traveled with two small children and Esther was very accommodating. Definitely recommend. Amazing experience

We booked the 4x1 trip to Talum, Coba, swim in cenote and Playa del Carmen. Lunch was included at a Mayan village. Very good tour with Juan Carlos giving interesting information about Mayan math etc. Also lunch spot was nice and you felt like you were eating local food. Guide had Maya tours on his shirt so company may have multiple names. Juan Carlos went out of his way to find accommodations for my husband, who uses a walker, to enjoy the trip. Great recommendations for him. However, there are problems with organization and logustics for this tour company. We were at the very northern part of the hotel zone and were picked up first on a large blue bus. I heard some people were picked up in a van at 6:40 and taken to the bus. Multiple stops to pick up at other hotels: result--4 hours in bus before arrival at first stop Talum. Lots of driving between stops, which were at about 1 hour each. 40 minutes in Playa del Carmen ended at 7:30 pm. We were last to be dropped off at our hotel. It would have been 3 hours in the bus but our driver got lost and he wandered around trying to find our resort for about an hour. Result: back at Villa del Palmar at 12:20 pm. I know it is over an hour drive from Cancun to Talum, but something needs to change here. I think they should have small vans pick up people staying in close proximity, then meet at a central location to board the bus, say leaving at 8 am. Or just forget the big bus and take smaller van tours. They advertise 8.5 hours for the tour, which is accurate if you count the actual time Talum to Playa del Carmen, but deceptive to most tourists. I also suggest the driver needs to map out his route to take us from place to place more efficiently. Also he should look up where all the guests are staying in advance, and familiarize himself with the quickest way to enter into those resorts.

First of all, I booked my tour for Tulum/Coba/Cenote swimming vis Getyourguide, which, at the end, was a good idea! Because Getyourguide takes care of the guests! But lets start from the beginning:
They office send me a mail that the pick up in Playa del Carmen is supposed to be at 8:30 - the driver and The guide Alan showed up at 9:20. It was supposed to be a tour in english and spanish, but after me there was only one none spanish spoken couple on the tour. So our guide, remember his name ALAN talked 90% in spanish. 5 minutes explanation in spanish and 1 sentence in english. Good, at the ruins there are signs so you can read by yourself what it is and for what they build it.
At the first stop in Tulum we had only 90 minutes. Normally over 2 hrs, but we were late there so the guide decided only 90 mins to explore. And because he just spoke spanish i decided to explore the ruins by myself and he asked why i am not listening. Well, I told him, i don‘t speak spanish and i don‘t understand him. He just yelled at me in spanish and this was the moment for me not to listen to him again.
After Tulum we should go to Coba, but we didn‘t because his company has some problems there with the ppl from Coba, so we were at a complete different place, called Muyil. And spanish again, nothing in english.
After that we went to a place near Coba for lunch. The food there war pretty bad, the worst mexican food i ever had.
So the last stop for me was a cenote, this was to be honest the best part.
After the cenote we headed back to Playa del Carmen and i got off at my hotel. The poor other guests had 1 hour free time in Playa del Carmen. I guess they arrived at 11 pm back in Cancun.
But the worst part was after all guests were in the bus we made a break at a gas station to buy drinks, snacks, whatever. After 5 mins he decided lets go but 1 family was still in the shop and they drove away without the family! They just had time! He said to us be here 5 mins before the times running up, orherwise you will strand wherever we are. Never seen this family again, i felt terrible for them.
Overall, i made tours all over the world so far and this was the worst! Ever and ever!
So please do me a favor, book not any trip with this company, even not via Getyourguide. The help you to get money back but you will have a bad day anyways!

We travelled to Cancun with friends and family and GoMexico service was a terrible experience!!
4 weeks before the trip, my wife decided to contact GoMexico to arrange the transportation from the airport to the hotel and some other activities for the whole group travelling to Cancun. It took some time to get a quote from GoMexico but we decided to confirm the quote by mail.
One week before the trip, I sent an email again to confirm the airport pick-up date and the person in charge of GoMexico told me that "some external factors" had affected our quote and he had to increse our quote price by 40% !!!
This was totally unacceptable but we had no other choice than accepting the new conditions...
We paid for a private van and GoMexico picked us up at the airport with 1 hour delay and with a bigger bus with some other tourists!!
After one hour talking to the manager, a refund was promised. 4 weeks after this terrible experience, we're still waiting for the refund...
Don't even try to work with GoMexico!

Hello! We are staying in Cozumel but want to do the Tulum Ruins and Cenote tour. Is there a water taxi that goes back to Cozumel later to accommodate this? Have you had tourists from Cozumel do this tour? Thank you!
The Ferry can take you back to cozumel you can google ferry cozumel schedules for more info.
