Amazing! If I could give them 10 stars I would. We did the all package, zip lines, ATV riding and cenotes. We had a great time felt super safe and can't wait to go back. The staff needs there own page for reviews. They were amazing! Hands down our favorite place.

This was one of the best days of our vacation!!! The ziplining is so much fun better than other locations I’ve been to! Our guide Hugo was so kind and made our day such a fun experience!! Felt like we were with family! Another guide helped us out to I think his name was Leo, he was so much fun as well!! The cenote is BEAUTIFUL and we got a perfect amount of time to swim and jump off the mini zip line. The photographers were AMAZING!! We had to buy the photos they took because their were so many and they were all so great!! We got over 200 photos of our day! They really make sure to make your day memorable. Also the food was so good!! We had chicken fajitas with rice and beans! If you’re thinking about it, just do it!!! You won’t regret it! 20/10 experience.

These guys at Selvatica bent backwards to make our experience unforgettable. Denis did everything well but the backflip at the cenote.Lol Thank you guys for all you do for the tourists, especially days after a major hurricane.

My husband and I had a great day zip lining and cenote swimming with our travel group. Marco was a fun and fabulous guide! The rest of the staff was funny and accommodating as well. Our favorite part was zip lining and jumping into the cenote.

Overall, the experience was fun and safe. Chino was a good dude. Zip lining was great, the off-roading was fun but short, and the Cenote was a good time for the kids. The only disturbing issue was that out hotel event concierge at the Hyatt Ziva assured us that our group of 7 would be separate from other groups (particularly given COVID) and that our maximum group size could be 15, however it would be unlikely. And then when we arrived, we were quickly grouped into about 25 people. That sucked. I blame the hotel event concierge more for this, but we did have a nice day, so I am trying to forgive the dishonesty. Overall, a fun day our with the family, Quite expensive though, and don't forget they are going to try to sell you the photos at the end of the day as well (not cheap either).
