The place is amazing, lots of fun, very safe ! Great people working there! Charlie was iur leader of 20 people and he took the time to talk and explain everything we were about to do, swimming in the cenote a big plus!!

I wish the experience was longer!

My friend and I did the ATV’s Xtreme Zipling and it was soooooo much fun! There were many great workers, but our main tour guide was Manolo. He was funny, friendly, and overall articulate when it came to describing the ziplining process and procedures (it helped that he had visual aids via Gio haha). At the cenote Victor was also fun to be around; he would help you zipline in the water. I had never been on an ATV before, but it was pretty straight-forward. I will say though that my forearms were burning from having to gas it up. I feel very refreshed and grateful for this brief adventure :)

The place is amazing and very fun. We did extreme activities suitable for the whole family.
Willy attended us who is a very friendly, funny Guide, Reviewer in a nutshell Best of the Best and his colleagues who attended us and made us feel at home.

The ziplines, ATV and cenote tour at Selvatica was great. Wilson (Willie) was a wonderful host and his team was fantastic as well. Super safe and attentive and adventurous. I would certainly go back

Tons of fun at Selvatica

We travel a lot and have experienced many “adventure” packages around the world and this was definitely one of the most fun experiences without too much fuss and inconvenience. Our driver picked us up, drove us straight to the location, where the team led by Charlie were organized, kind, fast, communicated well and really paying attention to all the details. The zip-lining, the rollercoaster and the swim at the cenote were marvelous. We were a big group and all of us had a ton of fun. Some of us are vegans, others not and the team accommodated easily by getting us what we wanted to eat. And most importantly, the staff was amazing - strong, capable, smart, and incredibly caring men and women who made us feel welcomed. Thank you Charlie! As you said, it was chingón.

A great day at Selvatica!

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Selvatica! We did the off-road package which included zip lines, a Polaris ATV ride through the jungle, a senote swim and more. Our guide, Charlie, was really great and did an awesome job keeping our group together and making sure that we were having fun! The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful too. Everything was surprisingly well organized, and they did a great job moving everyone from place to place without much waiting around. If I had one tiny criticism, it’s that the photography package was a little overpriced ($30 for one photo or $80 for all of them). I give them kudos for being extremely low pressure on the photo sales though. Other than that, they didn’t try to upsell us at all, which was honestly really refreshing! Over all we loved our experience and would definitely come back again!

Great Family Adventure

We did the Gimme All package today and had a blast. We did multiple ziplines, rode ATV's, swam in a beautiful center, and then back for 2 more extreme ziplines. The guides took excellent care of us and the picture package was very well priced given the large number of photos and the fact that we could enjoy ourselves without trying to take pictures too. Thanks for a great family day!

Robbed of money

We were scheduled to do the all day tour and were very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately, Covid hit and we had to go back to the States before we could do this. I contacted them to cancel and they said we would receive full refund due to circumstances. However, it has been 4 weeks and we have not received a refund. I have called several times - no one can refund you via phone? - so I have emailed them many times with no refund or response. It’s unfortunate in a situation like this that we are being taken for over $700. We planned on returning and doing this next time but will skip it based on the customer service we have received.

Tarzania in the Jungle

My husband and I did the Extreme Canopy tour from Cancun and booked directly with Selvatica Park. It included 10 ziplines, Aquazip, Tarzania, lunch and a swim in the cenote. We chose private round trip transportation from Cancun (also booked directly with the vendor). It was about a 45 minute ride from the Hotel Zone. I suggest wearing bug repellent as you will be in the jungle and the insects bite. Once applied, I had no further issues with the bugs. There are lockers (for a fee) and a small bar. Our tour guide, Chuy, was awesome and energetic. We felt safe, especially given the current pandemic. The ziplines were awesome. The swim in the cenote was refreshing. The tour was just the right amount of time. There are other activities available but we didn't want to spend the entire day out there.
