Can’t praise USA Transfers more highly, and it’s team of highly professional drivers.
We were found and met at Cancun airport without any hassle by the friendly USA Transfers greeter, and handed over to our driver.
He in turn ensured we were comfortable in his immaculate, and extremely comfortable, vehicle.
We were offered cold water and a fabulous goodie pack marking the company’s 20th anniversary.
This included 2 perfectly sized mini bottles of delicious red Mexican wine and a number of other useful, local items.
The drive to Playa Mujeres is a reasonable distance, and our driver gauged the mood during this time perfectly, by telling us a little about some of the other regions of Mexico, and his forthcoming nuptials in Merida.

Upon arrival at the Beloved our charming driver handed over very smoothly to the staff at the Beloved.
Sadly, the full force of Covid19 unfolded as soon as we’d literally settled in, and we were forced to return to the UK early.
USA Transfers were wonderful when we contacted them to bring the return prepaid transfers forward.
Unlike other beasts, (airlines and the Excellence Hotel Group who couldn’t have been less supportive, and we’re happy to literally throw us out onto the street), they were eager to help, and, there was never any question of a ‘handling’ fee, or any other such nonsense.
USA Transfers sent one of their tip top drivers, the ultra competent and hugely comforting, Geraldo to collect us.
He arrived at The Iberostar Riviera Maya where we’d been forced to seek shelter, and was parked directly in front of the hotel, as promised.
Geraldo couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful, settling us into the vehicle.
He also helped us decamp from the car at the airport, and found us a much needed porter, which our circumstances on this occasion necessitated.
Yet again, where this company excels, Geraldo determined our stressed out mood in his spotlessly maintained vehicle, and kept us calmly entertained on the return to Cancun Airport.
Once this horrendous global pandemic is over, I will have no hesitation in returning to Cancun, and will most certainly be calling upon the services of USA Transfers.
In the interim, I wish both our drivers in particular, and the company as a whole, good luck in coping with this nightmare.

I have been using this company for almost 10 years and I make several trips per year to Cancun. They are always reliable, on time and employ drivers who are extremely friendly and courteous. I recommend this company to anyone I know who travels to Cancun and has the option to use their own transportation to/from the airport. They are significantly less expensive than hotel services. And unlike hotel services, you and your guests are the only passengers in the vehicle which means you go directly to your destination without having to stop at other hotels like other transfer services. I just returned from Cancun and will be going again at the end of the month as well as October and December - be assured that USA Transfers will be getting my business for all of these trips.

I would recommend this shuttle service because it’s quick, they are responsive, and they provide pick up and drop off services.
For 60 USD, we communicated via WhatsApp and exchanged details concerning the trip. I had a dedicated shuttle, due to COVID precautions.
While walking through the airport upon arrival, taxis were changing 35-50 USD for the same service.
My driver was excellent, and was knowledgeable about how to get around. As taxis will charge 200 MXN and 250-300 MXN at night within the hotel zone. But the bus is 12 MXN. A little slower and more people, but great to know as taxi services can add up very quickly.

This is my third time using US transfers and I always recommend them to other people, they are very reliable,courteous and always on time which is very important to me. I love the fact they always send me an email conforming my time and they text me before picking me up with a picture and name of the driver. This time they even gave us an upgrade with a VIP car both ways! Thank you!

Prior to our trip from USA to Cancun we prebooked round trip airport to hotel transfer with Happy Shuttle. Right from the start they were outstanding proving us details what to expect at the Cancun airport and how to clearly recognize where they would be found and what they would be wearing. we located without issue and were on our way to the resort within 5 minutes: A+++
Our return was perfect as well, van arrived right on time with A/c was working fine.
Will definitely use again the next time.

USA Transfers made our transition from the airport to our resort as smooth as silk. Our driver Sal had us immediately smiling and laughing the whole way, feeling happy and relaxed. He was so good we booked him again for a 6 hour private day tour of Cancun, where we saw the real Cancun, shopped at local markets, had a delicious lunch in his hometown and finished up at the hotel zone for the more touristy stuff. Sal even brought us cold beverages on board and took us directly where we wanted to get harder to find specialty items.
Sal was incredibly educated and knowledgeable of the area, the people, ancient culture, wildlife and ecology, the best bars and restaurants, anything we asked. But most of all, he had “Gregorio” and “Nicoli” laughing the whole time. He’s a true professional, has such a great outlook on life and really goes out of his way to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
We have no doubts the entire team at USA Transfers is first class, and well Sal is definitely our Pal. Thanks for making such good memories during our trip and for being a great company we happily recommend to others traveling to Cancun.

I am so happy I found this company!!! I had looked around at different tours in Cancun but there wasn’t exactly one that fit all my needs. I called this company and I asked if they had a driver that would take us down to Tulum or other areas like Playa Del Carmen since we were staying in Cancun. I had a lot of weird requests and wanted to stop at special restaurants and places I had bookmarked. I was going to need a personal driver for the whole day.
First, let me tell you about the service. We had Andres and he was AMAZING! He was so patient and did everything we asked. He made as many stops as we needed, he helped me on my wild goose chase trying to find special restaurants and guided us on making the best choices and best prices. Mostly I must say he was so patient. He brought a cooler with waters and drinks for us and also allowed us to put our stuff in the cooler. We hired a driver for 10 hours and we used every single minute of our time perfectly with his help. Also, I paid $300 for 10 hours but when I called around they were way more expensive. This place had the best prices with the best service!!! They also picked us up and dropped us off from the airport. They also gave us the best prices and I don’t remember both of the guy's names but they both were exceptionally nice and helpful.
Also, Marilyn who works at the office spent a lot of time emailing me and talking to me for hours trying to help me pick tours. I’m not sure if she exactly works for this company but she is who I booked with for these rides so she’s also excellent!
I can’t say enough good things! All I can tell you is to hire them, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

I have used USA Transfers for round trip transfer service every time my wife and I visit our favorite resort in Puerto Morelos. The drivers have always been very professional and have delivered us to our destination in a safe and timely manner. The vans have always been very clean and the price has been reasonably competitive with other transfer services.
Since we have always had an excellent experience with USA Transfers in the past, we were very comfortable using them for our transfers this July during the pandemic. We felt we were transported in a safe and clean environment. The driver wore a mask and everyone including us used hand sanitizer before we entered the van. At our resort, our luggage was handled for us and sanitized right away after it left the van. I have no reservations about recommending them the next time you need a transfer service in the Cancun, Puerto Morelos area.

We flew in with our small twin children and have have requested a VIP transfer to our hotel Hyatt Ziva (an easy transfer that would accommodate two car seats and it was significantly cheaper than what the hotel proposed us). Vargas - our driver was simply amazing. He was there waiting for us and he perfectly understood how to make this transfer time an enjoyable moment although we were really tired. I would go back to using this firm in a heartbeat, and especially, next time I know that I will request Vargas as our driver.

We used USA transfers for round trip from Cancun airport to our resort for a music festival. It could not have been better. The instructions were super clear, all USA transfers employees were great and the drivers so friendly and professional. Upon pickup at our resort it was chaos as a music festival had just ended and everyone was getting picked up via buses, shuttles, taxis, etc. it was clear that USA transfers were among the best. We will be using them again. And it was cheaper to use them for a private van round trip than the huge buses the festival organizers recommended.

Our credit card statement shows we have paid in full for our trip this coming weekend but FAQ online says we should pay the driver. Is there a balance we are required to pay the driver or is the credit card we used to book the reservations billed ahead of time? We want to make sure we aren’t overcharged but also have cash if necessary.

Our credit card was also charged ahead of time and no money was due at time of service. We did tip him each way but that's optional. You should also be able to confirm with USA Transfers.

How long did you have to wait (March 2023)? Last year was a quick 5-10 minutes. I got an email saying it could be a long wait? Is it only this company having wait times?

We had basically no wait, but our flight was late landing so the airport was pretty quiet...around 8 pm. We used them 2 other times on our trip. One was hotel to hotel and they were right on time or perhaps slightly early. The return trip to the airport was also right on time and they scheduled us the appropriate amount of time for the trip taking the construction traffic into account. Great service and we will use again!

Hey, I don't know. When we left the Cancun airport they were standing in the center of the walk way with a USA shirt on. He took us to a van and went to the Resort and picked us back up to go home. We will use them from now on.

Hi, I wanted to know if your car service could pick us up from Cancun international airport on 03/20 and take us to our airbnb in Tulum, Mexico. We will be coming back to cancun Tuesday (03/22) morning to stay at the Paradisus cancun, and wanted to know if we can get picked up from our airbnb in Tulum and taken to the Paradisus Cancun. I will be traveling with a toddler. Are the carseats provided up to US standards? And if I bring my own carseat for him are there adequate seatbelts and tethers to properly install it?

They are very professional. If you ask them when you book they will take care of you. The vehicles are all very nice and new. So the seat belts are in to US standards
