As soon as the Thomsons Rep told us about the Captain Hook Excursion we knew it’d be something that not only our kids (5 & 11 years old) would both enjoy but us adults too. Both my parents, my sister and my husband’s parents came...More

The trip was fantastic, the staff were great and the food was lovely. The staff work so hard to keep everyone entertained. Even my 11 year old boy got involved. The staff were very conscious of little children and assisted to appropriate seating to eat...More

The trip was excellent we went with two young children and they enjoyed it. It was entertaining from start to finish. The food on the island was tasty.

Wow, what a bummer. packed on like sardines, and btw no special considerations for older people or those with smaller children. While they did their best to translate to English all that was being said in Spanish, there was barely a pause between the two...More

We chose to do this trip on our Honeymoon in August 2014 and we had such a fun night! I really did not expect it to be as good as it was! The food was lovely (steak and lobster) however, I'm pretty sure we had...More

Very poor quality of drinks and food. The boat is very old and needs maintenance , it is a show directed to kids so if you don't have any don't waste your time. Very expensive for the overall quality

Absolutely a total waste of time and $100 per person. The ship was too crowded and not clean, the food was fair to poor and for 3 1/2 hours "pirates screamed into a microphone and/or disco music blared. It is not a show for children...More

My husband and I went on this tour 13 years ago when we got married. We took our kids 6 & 8 on it and they had a blast! They were a little scared of the whole "ocean/boat" idea, but once on, it was hard...More

My husband & I went to Captain Hook as part of our Honeymoon. It was his choice excursion as I'd chosen to swim with dolphins. I have to be honest, I wasn't really looking forward to going, I thought it was aimed more towards kids...More

I think on the website it is buy one get one dinner but it has a surcharge of $14 per adult. Is the surcharge the same as the marina fee or do you have to pay both.

We are staying a Grand Oasis Palm April 14-19. I heard that guests from this Hotel get a complimentary cruise on Fridays. Is this true, and if so, how do I reserve for this?

I didn't hear if that or get one. Maybe a promotion they have right now? When you arrive at the resort, you will have a concierge that will tell you all about how to do everything. Most of the reservations are made through... More

Hi. We are a party of 10 but only 6 of us have booked onto your trip. How can we make sure the other 4 people will be on the same boat if they book on. I have asked the question through your official website but had no response. Thanks in advance
