I was shown a night mask and I purchased it. When I got to my room and looked in the bag it was sun screen. I thought it was just a simple mistake, when I went to take it back they refused saying it was open but it wasn't. So they wanted to stick me with 125.00 sun screen.

I spent three different days at this spa on my week long vacation. The staff was attentive, kind, professional and sooooo good at their jobs. Manuel was my masseuse during the week and he was probably the best masseuse I ever had. Normally one massage would be a bonus but I needed to keep going it was that good.

Located in the Westin Lagunamar. My massage done therapist Teresa. All the people were friendly and helpful. Teresa's massage was wonderful. Best experience to end a vacation.

Booked a couple beach-side massage for an evening session. Arrived 90 minutes prior and enjoyed the hot tub and steam/sauna before reading int he relaxation loungers. When it was time for our treatment, one of our therapists escorted us to the hut on the beach. It was candle lit with ceiling fans and an open window for circulation. The temperature... More

I've had several treatments at several different Westin Properties (because I'm a timeshare owner) and by far, the 80 minute Guaje Massage in a beach side cabana by Armando was simply the best I've ever had! I usually get massages on a monthly basis (or more) because I need them for my legs and back after doing long runs..so I'm... More

I booked an Out of Tension massage with Carlos. It was out of this world. He combines deep tissue, shiatsu, stretching, acupressure and reflexology for an incredible experience. I get regular massages and I could say this is one of my top massages ever. It is 80 minutes and around $150.00, which for a resort spa is very reasonable. The... More

The 80-minute Guaje massage by the amazing Juan was the best massage I've ever had... and I get massages once a month at home and on vacation at some of the finest resorts in Maui, Cabo San Lucas, California and other locales. The Guaje massage combines Swedish, lomi lomi, reflexology and other modalities. Juan used them all expertly. I wouldn't... More

Even though the spa is a little difficult to find (that's why the staff walk around the resort encouraging clients to sign up) the search is worth the effort. It is more expensive than perhaps an ordinary treatment but you are pampered as soon as you enter the center and by arriving an hour early, I made the most of... More

Try having a massage on the playa! So heavenly! If Armando is available, you'll have the best massage ever! Facials, manicures, pedicures and more await you.
